Doerr Siding & Window

My pictures don't do justice for this window.. I absolutely love it!! The two guys were professional and knew what they were doing. New window new trim new soffit.. perfect! I've used other window companies in the past and they do not compare to this company. 100% satisfied with workman ship and product. Thanks the Marshaleks. Also price was decent for what I asked for. ZERO STARS. Doerr Installed gutters on our garage that did not correctly drain water. I have contacted them twice regarding the issue. They have told me twice they would be back to re-pitch the gutters before freezing temps come and possibly cause damage from ice. That was a month ago and they have ghosted me twice now. No call. No show. I will find another company to come fix their work. Absolutely do not recommend.

Called Doerr to give me a quote on storm damage. Steve Doerr came to look at 3 areas of damage I had to my house and garage. When I got the quote it was only for one area of damage. I had to call back two more times to get the quote correct for my insurance company. The quotes were in lump sum costs so my insurance company reached out to Doerr for an itemized quote. Several calls or e-mails from my insurance company and myself have went unanswered to get itemized quote. I guess Doerr can’t explain their price. What an unprofessional company. If Steve Doerr wasn’t interested in my business he could at least been man enough to return the calls

Replaced 11 windows in my house at roughly 75% the cost of what Lowe's wanted. They did a great job, the windows look outstanding and they cleaned up everything. I highly recommend Doerr.

I'd give these guys 6 stars if that was an option. I had them come and replace the siding on my 3 stall detached garage, and I paid the extra $600 to have them install aluminum flashing around both garage doors and around the entry doors, and am so glad I did. It completely transformed my garage (and they did a large window for free). I believe it was Will who did the flashing, and he is amazing with his work. The crew was excellent, they were just what you want, slow, methodical, and extremely attentive to every detail. The results of their work is just perfect. They blew away my best expectations.

Doerr stands behind its work! I had some work done a number of years ago and contacted them recently about some problems. They treated me with respect and sent Matt who did a great job of clearing up the problem. He was professional, respectful, worked hard during the heat, and patiently answered any questions or concerns that I had about what he was doing. I would recommend Doerr to anyone who wants a qualify job and a company that cares that the customer is satisfied with the work!

My experience with Doerr has been positive all the way from Steve to Brad, and the team of carpenters who built my deck. A huge thank you to Brad, Jake and John for their hard work during the rain and heat. I'm extremely pleased with the quality, craftsmenship and consideration they showed from building to cleaning the site. Thank you for a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Doerr.
