Very positive buying experience at Uftring Subaru. Ken Eby, my salesman, was so helpful and informative. I never felt pressured to purchase and never felt at any time, that as a woman, I was not being respected - as has happened at other dealers. Matt Fuelberth was great in finance. He explained all my options & helped me feel confident in financing my purchase. The after sale care is great. Ken got my phone & car set up & I left happy. Definitely would recommend!

I have to say that this was by far the best car purchase I have experienced. Ken Eby was great! He answered all of my questions and trust me I had a lot since this is my first Outback. I felt no pressure to purchase and Steven and Matt in Finance were great as well. I have had my 25 Outback for a little over a week and I just love it! Thanks Ken for making my experience great. What can I say ! This is our 5 vehicle buying at Uftring east peoria location. I must say all the folks are always welcoming. Our sales man Coram Davis , always does an awesome job ! Goes above and beyond to make you happy and help you get your vehicle. I highly recommend as a salesperson. If you are looking to get a new or used vehicle he’s your guy !!!

Our sales person was John Applen and it was a pleasure to work with him. We did not have an intention to trade autos that evening but after talking with John we received what we thought were fair offers for the car we were purchasing and for the auto we were trading in. So......we ended up driving a 2024 Subaru Outback Wilderness home and are very satisfied with it so far. We would recommend Uftring Auto Mall and John Applen for sure.
