The employees at this location went above and beyond their expected level of service. I wanted to highlight Jacob’s efforts for finding and helping me install my damaged windshield tube . We struggled to make it work but he was persistent and gave me a free foot when the other size was failing after multiple attempts. If you are looking for good customer service, go here.

I have had a lot of great experiences at autozone. Today was not one of them. I went in to talk to them about a battery they had sold me and before I could even explain john jumped in and talked over me. Said its not the battery its clearly the alternator. I tried to explain again "that its a volt, it doesn't have an alternator it has a" and again he jumped all over me talking over me being a complete jerk. There are a lot of different places to go. Avoid this john (i believe last name started with a W) guy thats a jerk and apparently has been a jerk there for 8 years.

I just gassed up my car, and it barely started. I knew my battery was on its last leg, so I headed for this AutoZone close to my house. I got the battery here 3 years and 1 month ago. Just out of warranty - LOL. Fortunately, they had the battery I needed and reasonably priced compared to other places. Not only did Jacob give my 10% off, but Chris changed out the battery for me. That's great service! My wife's battery died a few months back, and it was under warranty. They changed it out lickity split with no issues. This is the place to get car batteries!

Helped a friend that was having a battery issue .. Took it in and The Gentleman that helped us was Very Attentive and Courteous... They Resolved the Issue And Was Very Pleased ... As A Business Owner it's Important At To Having Good Customer Service..

John was such a helpful young man solved a problem for me that I thought was going to be super expensive and not at all easy. I appreciate the time and help that was put into helping me with my issue!

The worst customer service and disrespectful, I showed John a picture of the Item that I was looking for then gave him the item number and still couldn’t find it, then he accuses me of "making it difficult" to find the item by not giving him more details, I mean seriously I showed you an actual picture of the product and gave you the item number what a joke. Never coming back to this location.

Excellent customer service! My engine light came on and I stopped at AutoZone on Warner and Cooper. David was courteous and came outside to check my car. He quickly troubleshooted the issue with the computer and helped me with the options to address it. Five star service! Highly recommended !
