Multiple roofers left cards and knocked on my door when they saw damage on my roof, but upon inspection it was obvious. I needed repairs, not a whole roof replacement. We had an awful roof issue with a Roofing contractor trying to get my insurance company to replace the roof for over a year!!! Meanwhile we had monsoons and winter storms making is even worse. So we decided we'd have to replace it ourselves. We got several estimates from different contractors. It's very expensive considering we have solar and it's about 10 grand just to remove the solar off the roof and put it back when the roof is finished. Then I found MONTY with PANDA ROOFING!! The customer service was great! Monty came to my house on a Thursday and inspected the roof for me AND came back again on Saturday when my husband was home. He gave us the best price and the best quality of materials (with a 50 year warranty!!) and even helped us get financing that same day. In less than a week my beautiful new roof was on my house.
