Auto Glass Now

Please take your business elsewhere if you need a windshield replaced. I am glad I have a brand new windshield, but NOW I have gouges taken out of my dash. Not only that, but the black rubber piece across the top of my car, all of the snaps were broken off and it wasn’t even put back into the proper place. So be my guest and go here if you would like more damage to your vehicle than what you had before you went. Maybe try hiring people that aren’t so careless because I can assure you, if it were their vehicle they wouldn’t be too thrilled either.

Went in to have windshield replaced at 12:45pm , job completed at 1:30 pm. Car was taken for a drive at approximately 1:35pm for Recalibration and employee did not return till 4:05pm. She took too long and drank my water I had inside car. She probably went to do her personal errands in my vehicle. Take pictures of items left behind in car and mileage.. not a trustworthy business l

When everything seemed to be falling apart, auto glass made sure they took care of me. I called every glass shop in the city, and this was the only company that was willing to work with me and for a reasonable price. Francis and Jordan were hands-down, the best to work with and to communicate with about finding a window replacement and scheduling an appointment. They were very prompt, and my window was fixed quicker than I Intended. I’m so grateful to auto glass for finding me the last window replacement in the country and for making sure that I was taken care of. I definitely will be back to get my windshield fixed and I Hope I’m able to work with Francis and Jordan again. My first time using this company, my daughter is the one who told me about this company because she had her windshield replaced here also and neither one of us haven’t had any problems since they were installed. The lady at the front desk, I believe her name is Jordan was very kind and made great conversation while I waited in the lobby for the truck to get the window serviced. The window looked great when they were finished not a single issue out of it with reasonable pricing. They had my glass ready within two days and even though I had vehicle issues throughout the week, they were able to work with me and hold the window at the shop until I can make it up there!! The window came with the new seals and was very clean as well when I walked out to my truck!!
