Larry helped me diagnose the reason for my check engine light. When nothing showed on his end, he was honest and told me how to reset the battery so that the engine light will turn off, without trying to sell me anything. In addition to this, he noticed an area on the front of my car had paint all over it (residue left from a roommate backing into it). He immediately went inside, grabbed some tools, and spent the next ten minutes buffing all of the paint out. You could never tell anyone had run into me, it looks great. He did that free of charge, out of the kindness of his heart with a big smile on his face. He was so friendly and helpful, and has earned my future business. He has also earned the business of my father, who came with me to make sure I wasn't taken advantage of, and left so happy. Couldn't recommend this place enough.

I Was having battery problems. It’s pouring down raining went to o’reilly young man came out changed my battery . Great customer service five stars. I covered him the best I could with two umbrellas. I really do appreciate that young man.

I have a brand new truck with 2100 miles on it that’s battery (super start) is under warranty until 5000 miles. The guys come out test the battery and find it is bad. This older black guy keeps coming and asking them "are you sure it’s ours" "are you sure it’s dead" "what’s he trying to do" as if I’m sketching him out. I’m a well put together black man trying to do my job and go about my day. They find that it needs to be replaced and is under warranty. He then butts in and says they can’t replace it and that he doesn’t have to give me an explanation. Super unprofessional, not to mention we service 60 LED trucks both diesel and regular through O’Reillys for reasons similar. We will no longer be patronizing O’Reillys as our provider going forward due to the actions that took place here at 12:30pm. Leonard was the employee responsible for this taking place.

Needed a battery for my car. Justice was super nice the best for assisting me with my purchase. I'm a satisfied customer !
