Jones Brothers - Flatbed, Heavy Duty & Semi Truck Towing

My van broke down on the side of I-24 outside Cadiz. Jones Bros came within 45 minutes of calling them. They brought a second vehicle for my kids and I to ride in. The gentlemen, Dee and Nick, drove us to the auto service center in Hopkinsville for us to drop off our van. Nick then drove my family to a hotel. Jones Bros rescued us and did a great service for us. I am so appreciative for their quick and kind service.

first off i was a tow truck driver in san diego before i became a over the road truck driver and iv never seen a heavy tow driver hook up a semi truck as fast as Nick Creamer not even me he was there before dispatch said he would be had my truck hooked in less than 30 minutes and the price dispatch quoted was what i paid highly recommended that if you break down in this area you call this company

Great job by the driver and the phone staff was very nice. My truck is an AWD model so I needed to get it flatbed towed to a shop. They showed up in a timely manner and got the truck secured and delivered without a hiccup. The experience was painless and as good as it could have been seeing that my truck needs repairs, not on them I'll call them again if needed without a doubt.

Long story short - my Escalade needed loaded on a roll back to get put on my sons gooseneck as it broke down 300 miles from home. Called at 10pm on Saturday night and they were there to pick it up in about 10 mins and loaded it right on the other trailer so we can head home! Thank you!!! Totally recommend these guys!!

BEWARE! Read their negative reviews. For years they have been quoting one price and then charging double. It's just what they do. We were on 24 with a blowout on our 5th wheel and needed our spare put on. Told her exactly what we had, she left the phone to get a price and came back with 120.00. While waiting for the tow truck to show up she called us back and said it will be 210.00. If we had been told 210.00 at the beginning we would have called the guy down the street. We paid 100.00 the day before from a tow truck out of Birmingham for an issue with a different tire. Do yourself a favor call a different company.

We had an airline break on a trailed in Elkton, KY today. I called Jones Brothers and they were awesome. Mike sent a mechanic to my driver and got him running so he could get to their shop for the final repair. They had him in an out from initial call to completion in under 2 hours. They took care of us both in timely fashion and fair pricing.

Our FedEx truck broke down in Eddyville, KY We hooked up and jetted in the wind….Skippy has truly amazing way with people. He drove us all the way to Atlanta and kept us entertained. He was so tired but you could not tell by the way his humor was. Skippy arrived sooner than what we were told. Amazing customer service!!! So glad we had a chance to meet him.
