Tommy is by far the best Service Manager I've known and gives you a great run down of your new ride before loading it up on your trailer or riding away down 41A. Can't speak to the sales department, as I didn't purchase anything here. However, I will say that the maintenence department is absolutely incredible. Certainly the best place to get a bike fixed in a 50 mile radius of clarksville. My bike has had a steering issue for a while now. The wheel and the bars were misaligned. I mentioned this to the mechanics in the back in passing, while they were doing a rear tire change, and they said they'd look at it. I was out the door for less than $100 (tire tube included) and they didn't charge to fix the steering issue that has bothered me for years at this point. I offered to tip for their amazing service and they refused to take it. Absolutely stand-up bunch of people. Can not recommend this place enough. 6 stars easily, miles ahead of Mid-South motoplex, the next closest dealer to me. Mid-south, who i asked to do a tune up when I first got my bike, adjusted my clutch cable wrong and it started slipping. I had to go somewhere else to get it readjusted. Mid-south refused to fix it. Oh, and they charged me $200 to walk in the door. How does this happen at a Suzuki dealership???? I have a suzuki bike! JPM, on the other hand, is advertised on Google as an Indian dealership and they did my rear tire and fixed a steering issue that two other bike shops couldn't fix or even diagnose in under an hour. Basically, just go here if you need anything done to your bike. If their sales are anything like their maintenence, then I'd say to buy your first or next motorcycle from here too.
