Absolutely the best service shop I have ever used. Took my Toro Zero Turn in on a Thursday or Friday because it wouldn't start. I told them to go ahead and do a tune up (oil, filters, etc.). I provided new blades and belt. They did the complete tune up and fixed the starting issue. They found some additional issues that I was not even aware of regarding the pully's that handle the belt. Another surprise was that they had it ready on the following Monday. I picked it up Tuesday. Wow, my Zero Turn seems to work better than the day I bought it (about 10 years ago, give or take). I paid quite a bit for all the work, but I am extremely happy. No complaints here. One final point. I was unaware of this but they changed ownership a couple of years ago (not sure of the date) but seems that they have maintained a lot of the same staff. Darren, who sold me this tractor and delivered it to me (10 or so years ago) is still there. Great guy.

I have only used this shop once for a small task but I will absolutely be using them again in the future. The shop was exceptionally clean, each member of the staff whom I interacted with were friendly and helpful. They even got my tire repair done much sooner than expected which really helps me out First impressions are everything, and based on mine I wouldn’t hesitate for an instant to recommend this shop to anybody who needs their services.

Called them at 11am on a Friday to ask if they carried a $1,500 chainsaw I'm looking for. Sat on hold for 5 minutes. Headed to Northern Tool to buy it. Tried to shop local but I guess they don't need my money.

Older female here who does most of my own yardwork for 5 acres. I have bought equipment and parts and service from JoMo's over many years. They are always very helpful and friendly. I highly reccommend.

Bad experience! Took a trimmer in to get worked on, it ran as long as the throttle was going but it cut off 1 or 2 seconds after letting it idle and the trigger was broke but long enough to give it gas. After a month of them having it I go up there to get an update, they claimed to have fixed all except the trigger. The mechanic stated he didn’t know how to fix it beacause a rusted screw was holding the handle on there and he needed help then he proceeded to try. A week later I get a call stating the components on the inside of the handle are broke and I need to replace the whole handle and everything inside. I was told I could order the part off eBay, (quick fyi about me, I don’t order stuff online). I go up there to pick the trimmer up, pay $127, and they bring my trimmer out of the back and handle is dismantled. I can’t use the trimmer at all, that I could use when I brought it in. After a brief complaint they said they would put the handle back together like it was when I brought it in. I go to pick it up today, the handle is on but the trimmer does not work at all. Their mechanic broke the components of my trimmer and tried to get me to pay to fix it, because I didn’t pay they give me back a trimmer that is completely worthless. The only positive thing about this experience is I was going to purchase a z turn from them, I’ll just take my 7 grand to a company who values its customers. UPDATE!!! Darren, the head manger, called me the day after this post. Told me to bring the trimmer in to remedy the issue and even offered a full refund. He apologized and was very sincere. Im very appreciative of this acknowledgement and will continue to do business with them after this incident. Thank you to Darren and his staff.

My son and I stopped by Jomo’s to find a replacement head for our Stihl weed eater and were well looked after. We really appreciated the help changing out the part and enjoyed the professional yet family friendly atmosphere. We will definitely be back when our Toro needs service. Thanks guys! You’re the best!!
