I honestly didn’t know how I was going to get my roof fixed, but Rocket Roofing came through for me! After talking with several companies in the St. Louis area, they were the only ones who truly listened and worked with my budget. The team was professional, friendly, and did an outstanding job.

The customer service with Rocket Roofing is deplorable. I was first contacted by a Rocket Roofing representative on March 25, 2025. My roof was inspected and it was determined that my roof and guttering needed replacement, along with the metal panels on my patio cover also needs to be replaced. The guttering and roof have been completed and six months later I still do not have the work on my patio completed. I have made repeated attempts to contact the company with limited success. I have been told someone from the management would contact me, but I have heard nothing. When my guttering was done, it appears that a wooden fascia board above my patio and below the roof line was not replaced and this allowed animals to get into my attic. I had to pay over $1000 with a pest control company to correct this problem, money I would not have had to put out it the work was done correctly. Avoid Rocket Roofing if you want to deal with a professional company. I posted this review a week ago with the hope that it would response from the company. I did receive a phone call from a company representative that promised that they would have the work completed on my patio this past week. As of this date, no further work has been done. I find it interesting that only positive reviews warrant any kind of response to the review. One would think that the company would want to do what they could to satisfy a disgruntled customer but apparently not. I also found it interesting that two days after I posted my negative review, that there was another review from a "customer" that also needed a new roof, guttering, and patio cover tiles, the exact same work that I needed done, but they had a just wonderful experience from the company. They also remarked how responsive the company was and how professional and communicative the company was, both concerns that I expressed in my review. Such an amazing coincidence.
