Absolutely gorgeous! We had my nieces wedding there this weekend and wow! The view of the water and yatchs was absolutely beautiful. The outdoor wedding set up was gorgeous and the staff was very good. Very chic and classy with a Italian/Spanish feel. Would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a wedding statement.

I can’t begin to describe the truly amazing experience my husband and I had by having our wedding at Epping Forest. Our venue coordinator, Ernestine, made our experience from the moment we came in for a tour, to the end of the night at our wedding, unforgettable. She was extremely knowledgeable, positive, and enthusiastic about making our day go great! Our bridal attendant, Kathy was so so helpful, from helping me with my train, to bustling my dress, to even grabbing my husband and I drinks (without us saying a word). She made our night go so smoothly! Besides the absolute gorgeousness of the mansion and grounds, the service and food at Epping is unmatched. 70% of our wedding guests were from out of town, and choosing a classic "Jacksonville" venue was important to us, and Epping delivered. Guests RAVED like seriously raved about everything. If you are on the fence, here’s your sign!

The staff was efficient and attentive, ensuring every moment flowed seamlessly. We could relax and enjoy our special day without any worries. The venue itself is stunning, with picturesque views of the river, timeless architecture, and well-maintained grounds. It created a magical atmosphere that our guests loved. Great club and marina. Lots of activities for kids, families and adults. Very social friendly group. The mansion is beautiful and the food service is always top-notch. Pool and fitness center are also nice amenities. The view from the Mariners deck with a colt beverage in hand is beautiful.

Beautiful venue for a wedding. Even after a quick change due to rain incoming, the inside serves as a good back up plan. But the outside and surrounding area is what steals the show.

As a wedding and event planner, we highly recommend this venue! The venue and grounds are so stunning and create a truly magical experience and the staff is attentive and so helpful and hardworking. We love planning weddings here!

Epping Forest is known as the best for a reason. Beyond the beauty of the venue, they have the day of wedding flow down to a science. I had many people tell me it was the most cohesive wedding they've ever been to and that every transition was so smooth throughout the night. The food is INCREDIBLE - everyone raved about it! Truly an unforgettable evening and I highly recommend Epping as a venue. Working with Kim was a joy! I only had two complaints: 1. I had a hard time getting in touch with someone to book my wedding date to begin with. 2. When showing up for the rehearsal the day before the wedding, there was construction being done to the front of the venue. We did not receive any warning about this and found out as we approached the venue. We were told the construction would not be finished before the wedding even though we had booked our wedding a year and a half in advance. Although this was very upsetting, Epping worked to make the construction discreet, and guests didn't even notice. Overall, it was a minor frustration but something I don't think should've happened based on the amount of money we spent. Communication could've been better here.
