Hutchinson Shores Resort & Spa

I just wanted to hop on here and leave a review of this awesome resort. I am a Wedding DJ and do many events here. Tom Dean and his staff are truly the most professional people in the business. They pay alot of attention to detail and always make sure things get done right. The food that they serve for the events is always spectacular and way beyond 5 stars. Always a pleasure working with Tom and his awesome staff.

This hotel is a true gem My friends and I stayed there for a girls birthday weekend in an ocean view room! This resort did NOT disappoint! The service was top notch from the valets, to the front desk, to housekeeping, to the bar and restaurant staff. ALL amazing We had a party for our friend in a private room which was absolutely fabulous! The staff catered to our every need pre set up and during and post I might add. Our server who was assigned to us was, Nashawn. She was above and beyond professional and made our party even better. She was so attentive and knew the menu up and down. She had "her favorite" in each category on the menu which helped take the guess work out of it. She also knew each special without looking at a sheet of paper. She was very attentive towards any dietary restrictions and knew the ingredients of every item on the menu without asking the kitchen. She is a true professional! We got an added bonus to have her again at breakfast the following morning! She’s now "one of the girls!" Everyone is so happy at HSRS and it shows We always got a smile with a "it’s my pleasure" to follow. I look forward to staying at this resort again in the near future! Thank you for making our weekend even more special than expected

We had a fabulous getaway! The hotel and grounds are clean, modern, and beautifully maintained. Every staff member exemplifies true hospitality and outstanding customer service — it was so refreshing and made our stay even more enjoyable. Lynn went above and beyond to make my birthday extra special. We can’t wait to come back!

A pleasant surprise! We came into the area for a meeting. They suggested we stay here. And what a great place for relaxation and a little business. Food at Drift was excellent too. The staff were all so friendly. Would certainly come back. Can’t wait to come back.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Hutchinson Resort & Spa for a Toys For Kids retreat, and the entire experience was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well cared for. Every team member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The resort itself is beautiful—clean, well-maintained, and situated in a peaceful and scenic location. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made our stay extra relaxing. The views were stunning, and waking up to the ocean breeze was a real treat. The amenities were top-notch. Whether we were enjoying a meal, relaxing by the pool, or attending retreat events, everything was perfectly organized and accommodating. The food and drinks were delicious, and the service throughout was consistently excellent. The Toys For Kids retreat was made even more special thanks to the atmosphere and hospitality provided by the Hutchinson team. Their support helped create a memorable and meaningful experience for everyone involved. Highly recommend this resort for any kind of stay—whether it’s a personal getaway, group retreat, or special event. We left feeling refreshed, inspired, and grateful. On this, stay I learned that all rooms are open for animals/dogs. I would hope you would reconsider this policy as I do have an allergy to most dogs. I’m sure I’m not in the minority. So please consider that Setting aside, rooms for people such as myself. Also you should know that Dave’s cookies are not the best. Please try them yourself. You should try them yourself, they’re very mediocre. Thank you.

This was a wonderful experience! The room was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, specifically at night where the pink lights come on. The staff were very attentive and accommodating when we had guests over. The restaurant was pricey but delicious! This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at on Hutchinson island. The parking was close just across the street and valet was only 10$ a day.
