I am so happy with our Window World experience! As a past customer of WW, I knew I wanted them to do my windows for our new construction home. Every staff member we came in contact with was professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. The installers knew exactly what to do and did a nice job cleaning up after themselves. I had an exceptional experience with Window World! I recently had them install custom large picture windows in my home—a project that had been avoided by multiple homeowners since the 1955 build for good reason. The job was particularly challenging due to the existing structural supports and the non-standard measurements, making it far more complex than a typical window replacement. Unlike standard windows that easily slide in and out, this project required extra time and precision. Despite these challenges, the entire process was handled with professionalism and care, resulting in a seamless experience from start to finish. The installers arrived on time, were very friendly, and worked carefully and efficiently. They explained to me how to properly use and clean the windows to make sure they last a long time and stay nice. The windows look great. I love how they added so much curb appeal to my property. Entire process from first consultation to finished installation went very smoothly and I feel like I was dealing with an honest company who didn't use one of those high pressure sales pitches. Would recommend 100% to anyone who is looking into window replacement.

We had an awesome experience with Window World. Our salesman Jack was thorough and very helpful. No high pressure. Just honest information. Installation by Cory and his crew was fantastic. Quick, efficient, friendly, fully explained the operation of the windows immaculately cleaned up. We replaced 15 windows and the value and service could not be beat. We got quotes from 4 companies and are extremely happy we went with Window World. I would definitely recommend them.

Had a great experience from the initial quote through installation. Very low-pressure sales visit and didn't play games like other window companies that I also got quotes from. The high-pressure tactics that other companies use turned me off but the sales rep from Window World was great! She walked me through the options and left me all the information I needed to consider what I needed. The installers did a great job, were very friendly and knowledgeable, and even cleaned up after themselves which I wasn't expecting. They installed 13 windows and 4 patio doors in one day and I couldn't be happier with the process!

After calling another window company for a quote and was left DUMBFOUNDED, I received an ad in the mail from Window World offering a deal that was nearly $20,000 less than what "the other guys" tried quoting me. I was skeptical at first, but I called. Chelsea came out and did my estimate without a bunch of sales tactics and I REALLY appreciated that. Fast forward to today, and my new windows are installed! The contractors were friendly, speedy-it literally took them approximately 4 hours, respectful of my property, and very professional!
