Starbucks

Bacon, egg and Gouda sandwich was good but cappuccino sucked. Sorry but it tasted like straight coffee and when I opened it, it was almost little more than half full. Pics show how much I actually got. I’m sorry but going to Starbucks isn’t something I do all the time. It’s a treat and paying those prices to be cheated sucks.

Excellent pickup window experience. They have the friendliest lady at the window with brown curly hair. She rocks! The Frappuccinos and snowman cookies were divine!

The employees here have a bad attitude. Won’t help fix any orders after paying almost 20 dollars they are not caring and as long as you give them money they don’t care and won’t waste time on you. Won’t order from this location anymore. They are heartless.

Very disappointed at the way the worker assumed I wouldn’t be making a purchase because I asked for a cup of ice. I stopped by the drive the thru & proceeded to let them know I wanted a cup of ice with water & before I could even finish my order the worker goes to say I can’t get a cup of ice unless I actually purchase something and he goes to name the menu to of what I can add and says unless I make an actual transaction I can’t get a cup of ice. I proceeded to say " that if he would’ve gave me time to complete my order, he would’ve known I wasn’t done with my order." Very disappointing to be approached that way. Congratulations to you Starbucks you just lost a customer at your location. People like that make a very bad reputation for Starbucks. My family and friends will no longer support this location.

So nice of Ian and the Team to send a note when I was not able to show up in person for my regular morning trip to get my coffee. Great service and thoughtful crew. Appreciate their work and service. Happy Holidays! See you soon!

Order a double bacon tall white mocha chocolate was cold and the sandwich did not have dlb back

So, almost immediately after the review I have a few sentences down they did something super nice. My order took a bit. Not very long and I wasn't even bothered by it, but the manager was so she came over to my table and gave me cash back for my purchase. I wanted to update my review so you knew the service was good. . While the service is often good, I wish someone would tell the employees not to use profanity while at work. I often stop off here for a quick hot chocolate between my girl's dance classes and sometimes I have my youngest with me. I hate worrying about what he's going to hear.
