Went on a 12hr private fishing charter yesterday, November 1st, with my husband for a work outing as well as some other friends. We had an amazing time and caught a ton of fish, it was a blast! A lot of work but well worth it! The crew were amazing, Captain Seabass and first mate skipper! Both were knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout the duration of our trip! Our whole group were more than pleased and very impressed on the operation! Thank you Hubbards’s for making an unforgettable trip!
My son and I enjoyed this trip so much. We did the 5-Hour charter. We caught three puffer fish, a small red grouper, and nine Key West grunt. We kept all of the grunt and had the friendly fisherman fry them up. (I'm not a huge fish eater but they were good!) The crew were all very helpful and they also cleaned and filleted the fish for us. I was a bit nervous beforehand, as I haven't fished salt water since I was a kid, but it was about as easy as it could be. They are very accommodating and extremely helpful. We had a great time and it's definitely worth it, the water was so pretty that our pictures look photoshopped! Thanks guys!
My sister and I took the Hubbard Ferry to Seal Sell Island yesterday, and we had a fantastic time! The captain and crew were incredibly informative, sharing lots of interesting facts about the island, dolphins, manatees, shells, and the surrounding waters. The boat ride was relaxing and smooth, making the trip even more enjoyable. While the current was stronger than I expected, the crew had already warned us beforehand, so we felt prepared. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I look forward to returning again soon. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a scenic and educational adventure! --- Would you like me to help you personalize it further or add anything?
The dolphin tour with Hubbard's Marina at John's Pass was absolutely spectacular! I thoroughly enjoyed the voyage aboard their large vessel, cruising through the calm bay waters. The best part is they delivered on the promise: we saw several pods of dolphins playing and swimming incredibly close, creating an unforgettable memory. The crew was attentive, and the ride was educational, teaching us about the local marine life. If you're looking for a guaranteed adventure to see dolphins in their natural habitat, this is the top choice in Madeira Beach! Highly, highly recommended!
We got to go on their 1PM slot for the dolphin view. Our captain and his crew were amazing and accommodating. They kept us entertained while still educating us with fun facts not only about the dolphins but on random trivia as well. We had such a great time. It was an experience I'll never forget. My husband experienced dolphins for the first time in his life. He was excited about it.
This review is long overdue! My spouse and I went to Egmont Key on July 10th, and we took a ferry from DeSoto State Park. Captain Robin and Kim took us out to the key. They were the absolute best guides! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and fun. They spotted dolphins and manatees for us as well. We added on a snorkeling portion of the trip, which was well worth it. We saw small schools of fish and sea urchins. 10 out of 10, highly recommend! Thank you for a great trip we'll never forget!
Absolutely amazing! Easy to book, every time I called with questions I had a person to talk to (recommend calling as info on website is a bit outdated). Easy to park, speak to the agent in the booth. The trip itself was remarkable with narrative from captain Robyn who showed us dolphins, minterays, manatees and rare birds. It was flexible when we got to the island, care-free and you could walk or swim or snorkel if weather permits. Music was awesome, vibe and atmosphere as well! Highly recommend taking the trip, we did just the visit but other tours sounded fun as well.
