Centralia location allowing agressive petitioners to impede entry with hateful rhetoric. Very unsettling. I've patronize your store for years, but no more. Free speech need not be not hateful nor divisive.

Been a Safeway customer since the mid 60’s in Northern California. Went to my local Safeway here in Florence Arizona at 8:00am to pick up bananas, milk and a couple of fresh donuts. Much to my amazement they didn’t have any of the items I went to buy! Unbelievable!! They are talking about putting a Fry’s store in across the street in the next year or so. I will be doing all our shopping there when it opens. This happened at this Safeway before to me and I will not be shopping there in the future.

I'm so tired of ordering from the online app and not getting all of my items due to some of the delivery drives taking stuff from the order. Sometimes like today I waited for my order and yet again the driver didn't bring all of the stuff from the completed order and now I have to order from somewhere else to get the rest of my items all while waiting 3-5 business days to receive my refund. I'm so over this issue. I will no longer order anything else from the app due to this issue. I will no longer recommend the usage of delivery directly from this Safeway app. I'm done with theft of my groceries. It's a mistake if it's the first time it happened , but numerous times is Cleary theft.

I have two complaints. On Friday, I went to the Safeway in Sedona, Arizona, where I live, and they had not a single egg or any milk. And when I say any milk I mean not a quart, not a half gallon, not a gallon, of any milk. I returned today, Sunday, and there are still no eggs. I asked one of the workers and he went in the back and then returned and said they have none. Two trips to your store, and no eggs. My second complaint is the electronic coupons. They hardly work and I’m tired of standing in an aisle and scanning a digital coupon, and being told by the app that the item doesn’t exist. I’ve even had one of the assistant managers work with it and couldn’t get it to figure out the item. Your digital coupons are so annoying.

Safeway apps never take off digital coupons when checking out at our store in Douglas wyo. Always out of some items in 5he ads, continually raise the prices, don't put enough items on the shelf when they are on sale example, signature select soda 3 for $12 you stock two of each flavor then employees to lazy or refuse to bring any more from back room. I did an experiment with name brand items total cost at Safeway in Douglas was $286,42 i went to Casper Wy 45 miles away the exact same items would cost me 197.00 dollars, well worth the trip. I for one have decided I will drive to Casper for all my groceries from now on. Try to shop locally but your company is price gouging us to death, selection is very limited. Our town has very limited shopping here so we are forced to go to Casper. You put items on sale and then raise their normal price. In my opinion the meats at Safeway are terrible.

Safeway continues to blow up my phone with texts, voicemails completely filling up my box, and they automatically refill meds that I had reactions to. Even after I picked up a script a month ago they continue to leave a voicemail every day to pick it up. Every time I go in person and ask that they stop automatic refills and all texts and calls the pharmacy turns it off yet a few months later corporate turns it back on and continues with the harassment. Calls and texts to get my "free" covid and flu vaccine meanwhile they charge insurance thousands of dollars for these resulting in increased insurance premiums. I also think it’s unsafe to harass me to get a flu vaccine when my actual doctor told me to never get one again after a bad reaction. The CEO obviously likes to hit their metrics by harassing people on their personal devices. Bad move as I just called and had the pharmacy deactivate every script, reported Safeway to the FTC for continued solicitation and harassment and will NEVER make a single purchase there again even though it’s convenient being a 5 min walk from my home. I look forward to seeing them go bankrupt and close. That’s what happens when you treat customers like an inanimate object (money) instead of humans.

I have shopped at Safeway for years. No more!!! Rude staff, empty shelves, outdated items, high prices, cheap produce bags. It seems that I have to do all the work (get the app, clip the coupons for digital, which half the time doesn’t even work and bag my own groceries). Your adds don’t match the tags on the shelves and your stores and parking lots are dirty. I have spoken to store managers and have always received the same well rehearsed corporate answer. "We’re so sorry for the inconvenience" Nothing said about what can we do to make your shopping experience better. The 2 stores that I shopped at are located at Bell Rd and Del Webb Blvd in Sun City, AZ and Olive and 107th in Sun City, AZ.
