Safelite AutoGlass

My window was replaced. The time frame provided for service was 8a to 6p which is totally unacceptable for any industry. I believe the tech showed up around 5:30p. The tech was friendly but I was his last customer after traveling through GA all day and he was visibly tired. I tipped him because of that. The job he did could have been better. He broke my Sun visor and did not tell me. He also some of the old rubber from the window in my car. Update: a new tech came out and fixed the visor. Very quick response to the issue. I have upgraded my rating. Thank you.

Rene - 06042-408 was my Technician and was humble and very respectful, helpful and has excellent customer service!! He explained any questions that I had and after care instructions!! The young woman behind the glass partition was extremely helpful as well!!! VERY PLEASANT people, it is EXTREMELY clean, there is a stand for coffee, hot chocolate and all creamers and non dairy creamer as well for customers! Nice size Television to watch while waiting and the restroom was EXTREMELY CLEAN AND VERY NICE. I usually make it a rule of thumb to NEVER use public restrooms, but no hesitations there either!! VERY PLEASED with the outcome for our vehicle!!! Thank you and well with the trip to boot!!!

I was driving from Pensacola and something flew up and cracked my windshield. I called my insurance company and they put me on threeway with Safelite, we set up appointment for the very next day. They sent a technician named Daryl out to my home, he was very professional and he explained everything thoroughly. He represented himself and the Safelite brand very well. Daryleven posed for a picture for me to show my son who wanted to be there but he was in summer camp. Great job Darryl really appreciate you man, thanks.

The representative Donald was amazing, and communication was excellent. He called to let me know he was delayed and when he arrived he called and let me know he was here. He completed my quarter panel replacement in 30 mins. I definitely recommend Donald because he is friendly and helpful. I love the service that comes to you that Safelite offers.
