I would like to personally thank the Waste Pro staff for assisting me this morning with my account that had been deactivated. She was very pleasant to deal with and she corrected all of the inaccuracies and got me straightened out. I would also like to thank the drivers and sanitation engineers that staff the trucks for pickups. They have all been professional with my interactions with them. Keep up the good work. James

We have had a 2 yard dumpster at our home for 2.5 years. Recently the bottom of the dumpster rusted out. When the dumpster was serviced all of the trash fell out on the ground and the operator just put the dumpster back down on top of the trash. I have been trying to get a replacement dumpster for 6 weeks - always being told that someone would call me back with an ETA for the dumpster. To date I have not received one call back. I was told that a dumpster would be delivered on September 5th. I had someone at our home to receive the dumpster but there was no delivery. Again I called with no response. I am not too sure what I have to do to get a new dumpster or trash can. I have no where to put my garbage. The customer service people I speak to are very nice but not much help as they have to pass this along into a different department. It should not be that hard in 6 weeks to remove and replace a dumpster.

06/19/25 Usually, my service is great. However, WP went up $25.00 per quarter and I am not / cannot pay this. So, I received an invoice in May, then called and told them to cancel my service because I don't want to pay that much. It was a July - September invoice. I guess they were mad because I wanted to cancel so they cancelled me that day (May 2025). That was clearly not what I was calling about (corporate needs to listen to my phone call with their CS representative). Since the last week in May, Waste Pro has driven past my house very fast on my rock road skipping me even though I have already paid through July 31, 2025. I’ve called at least four times about this issue and they can’t get it right. One rep flat out lied to me. I called the following day/ pickup week and they finally told me that they actually cancelled me the first time I called about their new rates. WOW! So, today June 19, 2025 a rep told me that I have one more week of pickup left even though I haven’t seen them in almost a month except when they have to make a special trip to service my home because they skipped me (again) that morning. I have recently found how convenient the county dump is and MUCH cheaper than Waste Pro!!!! Luckily, I live in the county so I can burn my yard debris. Even though my neighbor Jamee Grace throws her yard debris in my yard! - Another issue to deal with. Goodbye Waste Pro ~ Cheryl Shuler

I have called waste pro the last two weeks in a row about not picking up the recycling when they come. I am not sure what the problem is but we called after the first week of not emptying it. Evidently that did not resolve the issue, it happened again this week. I have asked for a discount on my service charge if they are not going to perform the contracted services I pay for and I encourage anyone being treated the same way to do so as well, you are entitled to a discount if they do not pick up you waste every week as they are paid for. I would rate them no stars right now as they are not fulfilling their obligations right now. I will rate again next week and let everyone know how my pick up is, if they pick it up. Worst company and employees I have even seen. They left a dumpster in front of my house in the road blocking my driveway. Called them on 7/23/2025 to report it but know one came to move it. Got video of the driver leaving it. Guess I'll posted it online for everyone to see how this company is. It's my mother's priority.

I have called multiple times to straighten out my account. I was double billed. I want to thank Deborah as she was so helpful and listened and investigated. She sent the bill to be corrected. She was so nice and kind. It took me several times to get to someone who would listen and understand. I am so thankful for her..
