Walmart Supercenter

Love this Walmart in Mobile, AL. The staff are super friendly and helpful. They would even look out for my 82 year old dad and 88 year old step mom. When they didn't see them they would ask me about them. The store is always clean and organized and well stocked too.

Three stars for the prices not coming back down 5 years after Covid.. but also there is a cashier there that smells like a block of 5 year old cheese sitting out in the hot sun and I was polite about it while she rang up our groceries. But then I noticed once we got in the car that the smell went with us. The smell is on our groceries and I almost vomited on the way home from how strong it was. I know for a fact it was her because the closer you got to her the worse it was. Now I’m not trying to be mean.. and I wasn’t going to complain, but when the smell comes with me in my car?? THATS WHEN ITS BAD. Please enforce basic hygiene with your employees. Update: as we were putting our groceries in the fridge/pantry at home we noticed we could smell the funk on parts of our groceries where she touched them. I had to wash my groceries off to get the nasty germs off. I’m sorry but this needs to be addressed.

July 3rd, 2025 was just at Walmart on Dawes rd trying to exchange my newborn babies diapers for a different size. Customer service lady literally to the letter " I don’t have time for that" walked away and closed the customer service area. Never in my life have I experienced this with someone who’s suppose to work customer service. I ended up getting my solution at target!! I will be contacting corporate and making a huge deal about this until something is done.

My fresh chicken was spoiled after 2 days. Terrible smell. Half & Half is curdled as well with an expiration date of September. I threw away the bacon & eggs out of fear. Very Dangerous. Update: I went up there & discussed this with a manager, who could care less. Where are the inspectors at this store looking in to this? Is this considered acceptable? I will never shop here again!

I usually come here to avoid the airport and schillinger Walmart, but now it’s just as bad. Cashier worked as slow as she pleased, didn’t say a word, and didn’t even bother to rotate the dang wheel so I could get my bags

Good prices. Used self-service check out Associate was helpful when the machine wouldn't take my credit card. This location is always busy.

Im always able to find a riding cart if I need one and it stays clean and well stocked
