Excellent ladies working at this location!Briefly, I’ll just say that I encountered a young lady fresh out of high school who needed more than I could do for her. She had an appt time to call for a job and they allowed her to use their phone to get her interview. Some people need that understanding and not that judging bc one day real soon a lot more of us are going to be in this similar situation. She wasn’t asking for money. Just a phone to secure a job interview. This has always been an excellent location, but this went above and beyond. I hope they know who they are and I want to thank them for their gentle kindness to this young lady.

I went here to have my battery tested and discovered I needed a new battery. I am recently widowed and really had no idea what to do. My good friend who accompanied me was familiar with the process. After purchasing an almost $250 battery, I was told that due to company policy, he would not be able to install it because of the rainy weather(it wasn't raining at the time). In addition, it would take more than 15 minutes and suggest I come back later on that evening or get someone to install it. I was dumbfounded! He proceeded to place the battery on the floor of my vehicle, at which point my friend headed back inside the store. She immediately explained my situation to two other male employees, and they immediately sprang into action to assist me. I was very appreciative of the help they extended to me. However, I was very disappointed that I didn't receive the same urgency initially. Had my friend not been there, I would have left still needing a jump off and someone to install the battery. I was very disturbed by the lack of empathy and customer service I initially received. However, I was very thankful to the other employees who stepped up to help and turned that situation around. I witnessed firsthand how women can be mistreated and taken advantage of in those unfamiliar situations.

Horrible customer service. The guy began speaking fast about things that I knew nothing about.

I will never go to this AutoZone again. There were 2 worker’s upfront and 1 customer in the store. I was totally ignored. I stood there waiting to be helped and when I realized what was happening I let.

Very frustrating!! I try searching for a 1-gal gas can, and keep getting articles on gas mileage. Your address and phone are only useful information

We were looking for a tool. The set was opened. So they offered to take 10% off. There was only 4 pieces to it. We left empty handed. Needed a extension for battery cable.

The workers in this business are very helpful.
