Went to this store on 11/11 around 3pm for a new battery, female clerk told me that they couldn’t install it, even though signs in the window say free installation, went to O’Rilleys and $253.00 and twenty minutes later I was on the road! Advance just lost a customer and O’Rilleys just gained one!!

Positive staff that helped me with a weird issue. Trying to find correct lug nuts for my after market wheel hub assembly. One of the staff members was out in the rain helping me identify the issue. Went out of their way to make sure my issue got resolved. Autozone told me that I needed to go to a tire shop(I didnt). Thanks !!

I arrived there at 7pm and asked for them to do a battery check. They refused saying it was too late and if I bought a battery they wouldn't install it. So I went next door to O'Reillys wher they ran a diagnostic and replaced the battery immediately.

Great place. Just that it was a very expensive trip for me this time. Had to get an alternator for my 2015 Kia Soul. 485.00 out of the box . But it was the right part. So Happy Birthday to me. It will be my present to me. Thanks guys for the quick help in getting me the right part fast.

Had pretty good service. The only thing is they will not check engine lights right now. If you're lucky, they'll let you use the reader and bring it back in with the code. I'm pretty capable of using things like this, but what if it is a person the isn't tech inclined?

They sell Whips, chains, lube, and probes. What else could you ask for. If you ask really nicely, they will check your oil on the spot.

These people went so far out of there way to help me..while shopping for a specific part I was interested in trying to save money off of the cost. Everyone in the store was so kind..thank you so much for all that yall did for me...making this disabled vet feeling at home and at peace during a stressful time..and also for the 10% veterans discount.!!.
