I called between 930 and 10 o’clock in the morning received a message that if I had called outside of business hours to leave a message got a whole bunch of talking, but it was recorded talking and nobody bothered to answer and then they hung up on me. I really feel like they need to be investigated by doge And I feel like President Trump needs to look into the Better Business Bureau office in Nashville, Tennessee, because they are very inefficient and President Trump is all about efficiency. I say we need to replace them with another agency because my issue was important and if they can’t handle the call volume, then they need to get people in there who can

We have spent some time through the Nashville BBB trying to get a business to honor a one-year warranty on a replacement phone that broke. We finally took the phone ourselves to get a written diagnostic on the phone saying that it should have been covered under the warranty, and before we could add it to the BBB complaint, the complaint was closed. We followed the advice from the BBB Livechat Bot on how to add additional information to a complaint, but two times the complaint was bounced back as a "Duplicate Complaint", which our research shows is common and we should contact the BBB to resolve. We have tried e-mails and phone calls for this and other issues, and we never get a response back from the BBB. We are left to ourselves to try and figure things out. In addition to this inaction, the BBB didn’t do anything to help resolve our issue with the business except to provide a forum to communicate with the business, which I could have done (and ended up having to do) by going to the businesses’ executive office. The business was able to close the complaint without my ability to add additional information even when I had documented proof of how the business was in the wrong, with little negative effect to the business and me with hundreds of dollars in losses. To make matters worse, the BBB marked the case as a "good faith effort" by the business, even though the business made no real "effort" to investigate or meaningfully address our claims. This creates the impression that as long as a business offers a polite refusal, the case is considered closed—with no further consequences. If this is truly how the BBB operates, it raises serious questions about the reliability of business ratings on their site. It’s unclear whether complaints have genuinely been resolved, whether customers were left satisfied (or at least reasonably so), or whether all reasonable avenues for resolution were actually explored. In this case, the business I filed the complaint against is a paying BBB member. In doing some research, I’ve noticed complaints that BBB-accredited businesses often seem to receive more protection from negative outcomes or lower ratings. I can’t say for certain whether that’s what happened here, as this is my only personal experience with the BBB—but it does raise concerns.

Individuals impacted by a business's negligence are strongly encouraged to seek legal remedies. To protect your interests, I recommend consulting legal counsel and initiating legal action. The organization's standardized and unprofessional approach to addressing complaints, notwithstanding its non-profit status, prompts inquiries regarding possible external influence from entities whose credentials may be questionable. While the process may seem lengthy in a court, a successful outcome is achievable with comprehensive supporting evidence.

My company has a low ranking for not replying to 4 low out of literally 10's of thousands of reviews. The my company is not responding as I don't have access to the BBB account to reply. I have tried repeatedly leaving 4 voicemails with no response. I will gladly change my 1 star to a 5 star with some type of person interaction to provide my companies access. Thank you in advance

Regarding Nuvia Dental Implant in Nashville TN. Lack of communication, failure to provide a specific date for services, questionable advance billing practices, high pressure sales. Avoid regardless of any 'hype" that Nuvia selects for their "come on."

This was a very disappointing process that resulted in nothing but added aggravation. Over reliance on process automation, no secondary follow-up and lack of any response to direct emails or replies through the BBB tools really tells me this is more "theater" than anything that offers any real help. The photo reflects all you'll get.
