In July of 2025, we traded up and bought a 2025 Grand Design 3203GK. Although we aren't strangers to the glamping life, this would be our first fifth wheel. We went in as eyes wide open as we could, research done and all the insight and advice completely assimilated. Here's the problem, Spencer, Makenzie, Monty and the entire staff took the wind out of our sails during the purchasing process. I mean, who doesn't go in looking to battle the evil dealership and emerge triumphantly almost defiantly with the best possible deal!? The entire process was so smooth from start to finish, the staff looked genuinely happy to be there and they were extremely helpful. Did we get the best price, I think, as a consumer that we did. Is the customer service where it needs to be; as a consumer, we think it is. To Adventure Camper Sales we say you have earned customers for life and thank you for doing it better.

My experience buying a new RV through Adventure Camper Sales was perfect. I work with Kurt (GM of Oak Grove dealership). Pricing for my new Brinkley Z was very good; better than other dealers I met at local shows. He gave me an option to trade or sale my old RV, which gave me time to sale on my own; significantly reducing cost for my upgrade. Communication/paperwork details were prompt and accurate, and all commitments (delivery timing/upgrade selections) were kept. New RV pick up and indoctrination were both timely and well done. I have had no problems with the new Brinkley Z and will not hesitate to take new RV to Adventure Camper Sales for service as needed.

Outstanding experience with the entire team at Adventure Camper Sales. From Justin my salesperson, and Spencer thanks for filling in when needed, to the GM, and the service staff, a special thanks for ensuring I educated before taking my RV home. I visited other RV establishments and felt uniformed and like a number, especially when they could not pressure me to buy on the day I visited. I recently purchased a travel trailer from the Oak Grove store. Hudson was the salesman. He was great. In fact, all the staff was great! I am horrible with names but, my experience was informative and the staff walked me through the entire process. Hudson's supervisor, the store manager, the office staff, and the service department were all excellent through the entire process. I look forward to continued business with that store!

A few months ago, we bought an RV trailer from Adventure Camper Sales. The sales process itself went smoothly the staff was friendly, and the transaction was easy from start to finish. However, I can’t give a full 5 stars because of how things were handled after delivery. During our final walk-through, everything looked perfect. But when the trailer arrived, the kitchen counter had large, visible scratches. I immediately contacted our sales representative, sent pictures, and asked how they planned to make it right since we had purchased was perfect condition. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed the transportation company they recommended even though the issue clearly came from how the crate was positioned during transport. The transport company never opened the trailer. Unfortunately, nothing was ever done to fix the problem, which was disappointing after such a positive start.

I originally went to this store with my buddy to pick up a camper he bought, I talked to McKenzie the lady behind the counter and she gave a great deal on 2 new chairs for my camper. She was awesome to deal with, nice friendly. Recommend dealing with her when you go there to buy anything.

We stopped at the Adventure Camper Sales to look for new 5 th wheel. We picked the location as it had good reviews and great selection of Grand Design RVs. We were not wrong. What stood out immediately was the attention of the personnel. Everyone was amazing. We have met Spencer,Mikaila ,Jason and other wonderful,friendly people. But the person that was with us thought the days we were making our choice to the end of the deal was Justin M. He was always accommodating, professional , very very friendly! He was always ready to answer any questions. Overall experience without Grove Adventure sales was very pleasant .
