So nice to have the EZ-PAY option to pay my monthly bill. No extra fees for this service and no worrying about a misplaced bill or a trip to the post office. Love it. Thank you GPSD.

Payment options are so outdated! Get with the times and quick charging convenience fees. Everything is paid online these days! Peoria city doesn't charge a fee for that stupid storm water tax, why are you?

I emailed GPSD wanting to know how I could view my 2024 account. Within 5 minutes I received a reply from Tricia Test and within 5 more minutes she had pulled up my account and sent me an email with an attachment of my account . Great service from Tricia! Thank you!

Maria, Jason, Angel and the crews were amazing. We are having sewer issues and they are a wealth fountain of information and help. All have been easy to work with, helpful, courteous and amazing. They went above and beyond in helping me and the issue isn't even with gpsd. Thank you so much!

Had nothing but a great experience with GPSD. I had an issue with my water bill that spilled over to GPSD and called after an unusually high bill. Tricia Test was so helpful! I've lived in IL for two years and this was the best customer service I've seen here from any company!
