Always kind, considerate and easy to communicate with. Will has been actively advocating for me for years. I cannot thank him enough. As my health continues to change due to military related issues- Will consistently checks to see that my disability status remains accurate. The administrative process of the VA can be very challenging and degrading at times. Will and all the staff at the Peoria VAC do an absolutely STELLAR job of managing all of that. They keep a positive attitude, a smile on their faces and they have been known to rearrange their work schedules to accommodate the Veterans! They see over 500 Veterans a month. This is astounding. They are the best in the state as evidenced by the numbers and productivity! I am most grateful for Wills dedication and the dedication of all the staff at the Peoria County VAC. If I could give 6 Stars, I would. I was referred to Will for help with my VA Claim. Will was patient, responsive, and far more knowledgeable about the claim process than I was. He took time to read over my information I submitted and approached filing with a systematic plan to get my case looked at by the VA. He advised me to remain patient because the process takes time. I trusted Will's knowledge and experience in dealing with the VA and everything thing Will told me about the the process was exact. Thank you Will.

I could not recommend Mr. Stodgel more. I was able to do 70% by myself but he got me over the finish line to 100%. This has done so much for my family tree I can not even describe. He helped me get past that "I am fine" mentality and drill down to what is actually hurting and bothering me. His expertise made the process so easy. If you want someone who will be with you every step of the way and treat you with respect (which is not always the case), look no further. His office is also good with giving updates on what is actually going on with your claim. He really cares and communicates exceptionally well.

This is by far the best help I have received with filing a VA claim. Will Stodgel is very knowledgeable of how the claim system works. He is very professional and honest. The process from start to completion was fast and smooth. Turn around from claim submittal to award took less time than it did for me to get my C&P exams scheduled going through a VA VSO. I know where I will be going for assistance from this point on. I will be referring everyone that I can to the Peoria County VAC and I do strongly encourage all veterans to work with this group.

The Peoria County VAC staff is always friendly and helpful. Will Stodgel was amazing with helping with my VA claim. He is very knowledgeable on processing VA claims, and he made the process very easy. He was by my side every step of the way and always provided guidance when necessary or requested. When I did have a question about an exam or an exam result, he broke the process down so I could easily understand it. If you are unsure where or how to start a VA claim, get ahold of Will and he will make the process very easy, and his assistance will definitely pay dividends. He cares about taking care of veterans. A few events in my military career that I was completely intimidated by and unsure of the outcome....Ranger School, Staff Mission Analysis briefs, and filing a VA claim. Will, a consummate professional, walked me through the entire process from start to finish. I was looking for two things when I started this process: 1. Unbiased education and assistance 2. Open communication. Will provided both and more. My claim was finalized well before I anticipated and I received the compensation that I deserve.
