I've had service with them for about a week and so far it's been flawless. The installation process took a while because I was moving from out of state and for a month I was traveling back and forth, but they were super patient and accommodating of my schedule. They take care of you from beginning to end, completely different experience from the headaches Comcast gave me in the past. As a plus, as a woman living alone it was really pleasant to have two women technicians show up to do the installation.

Philly Wisper has been great. I used them in 2023 when I first moved to Philly and again now since I moved into a building that’s wired with them. John is great and responsive. He was able to get a technician into my new unit before I actually moved in to do the installation so that it was ready to go once I got in there. Both the technician and John weee pleasant and friendly. The Internet service I’ve never had issues. Internet is quick and I don’t have issues watching Netflix or streaming

We just switched to Philly Wisper 1 week ago. Our installation was more difficult than it should have been... someone had cut a wire in the ceiling!!! The team persevered and was able to identify the issue and fix it. Throughout, the team kept us informed and maintained a calm demeanor although understandably frustrated at times. Once the issue was identified, we were up and running quickly and things have been working smoothly to date.

Philly Wisper was Very easy and helpful regarding the questions prior to installation. The installation was very quick and efficient. I recommend Philly Wisper to everyone who wants to cut the cord with Comcast.

My apartment uses PhillyWhisper and at first it had some issues, but the team helped resolve the problem. Fantastic customer service, I'll see how the Internet holds up over the next few months

Highly recommend! I had the absolute best experience with Philly Wisper. Installation was super easy, as was planning the date to end service. I only ended service because I am moving- if my next spot does not have included Wifi, I will definitely be using them again. Also, everyone I had chatted with from this company is so kind and makes everything effortless, clear, and consistent 🙂 Big fan!! (& super affordable)

MAKE THE SWITCH NOW. Could not be happier with the top notch service from Mark and his talented team. Wish we transitioned from C****** much sooner. MUCH faster internet, much more reasonable pricing and the install was fast and seamless. I now have PW at home (for 4+ years without any issues ever), and where I work. Highly recommend PhillyWisper!
