Our primary care office had a sprinkler go off along with the fire alarm causing water to enter multiple offices & patient rooms. Sean and his team were quick to arrive and start the remediation process. They were fast, friendly & professional! The came in, got to work setting up dehumidifiers, blowers and air scrubbers. They were easy to deal with knowledgeable, and helpful with any questions we had. Because they were so quick and efficient, they saved the office so much damage. It could’ve been a much worse outcome. Even the electrician that came in to check everything out electrical wise said Serve Pro did one of the best jobs he’s seen in a long while. I highly recommend Sean and his team for any of your commercial or home remediation needs, you won’t be disappointed!

We had a water leak in our house that spread very quickly. Servpro was there within an hour of us noticing it/creating the insurance claim, and they walked us through every step of the way. They have been prompt, courteous, and informative throughout this stressful experience. They have been very helpful in working with our insurance company. It give me a great pleasure to review this team. They did an excellent job of restoring our bedroom and bath. My project manager, Ryan was the most involved PM , I dealt with in any company. If Ryan said it, I knew it would be done. He ensure us that we had to satisfied and that was the most comforting thing you can ask under these circumstances. His communication skills are superb. Zach led the storm mitigation efforts in my home after damages to the roof and the resulting water leak from the attic after the recent storms. He is very knowledgeable and skillful in his area of expertise and was able to address all my questions and concerns in a professional manner. He was very efficient in the use of the drying equipment and as a result the moisture situation in my home was under control in about a week. I would also like to mention Justin who visited a few days to monitor the equipment and make the necessary adjustments. Together this team has done a superb job and I highly recommend Servpro and this team for any mitigation or restoration project your home may need.

Servpro technician David was awesome. He was super methodical in damage assessement and next steps. Had to take out kitchen countertops for reuse and he did an excellent job. Ensured the correct dryer and dehumidifier combinations were setup and got the kitchen dry with minimum disruption. Extremely satisfied and highly recommend Servpro of Central and West Plano for restoration services.
