Best Western Port St. Lucie

Stayed here 2 nights in September. Big rooms, big comfy beds, staff was friendly and even checked if we like the room. Maybe not the most modern place but well maintained. Free small but decent breakfast, nice pool and really awesome mexican Restaurant next door...for what we paid, under 100bucks a night incl tax and co, really nice stay.

We love Best Western properties but upon arrival we were disappointed to find there is no elevator. Had we known we would have requested a first floor room. . We were, however, offered assistance to get our bags to our room. Convenient location right off the highway. Property was adjacent to the over 55 community we were there to tour. The staff was friendly and helpful when we asked if they would make suggestions for dinner. The pool was well maintained and inviting. It made me smile to see families enjoying themselves in the water. All in all it was a good stay.

Comfortable beds, lots of space. Old Fl feel hotel. Great value! Staff were very accommodating and offered great suggestions. Most Enjoyable stay.

The only reason for not leaving 5 stars on the rooms...they are dated, however, they are VERY clean. The mattress/bed extremely comfortable; the shower great; the a/c worked like a champ; the hotel is quiet; the pool very pleasant. (Replacing the flooring in the rooms would be a perk.) The breakfast was quite nice and the staff very helpful (a shoutout to Maggie who was our first point of contact - made us feel like welcomed guests!)

Served its purpose for our weekend stay. Rooms are clean and spacious , bed was comfy, included a complimentary breakfast and has a pool and hot tub on premise. On a main strip within minutes of anything you need or want to do. Front desk was courteous too. Would definitely stay again when we come back into town.

This is not the hotel shown in the pictures. What we walked into was straight-up filthy. The room smelled like a mix of urine and vomit and that’s not an exaggeration. There were stains on the mattress, actual bugs, and just an overall sense of neglect and nastiness. I wouldn’t let my worst enemy sleep here. The staff… Completely rude, dismissive, and zero help. We politely brought up the condition of the room and were treated like we were the problem. No apology. No resolution. Just blank stares and attitude. Absolutely disgusting behavior that matched the state of the room. This place is a health hazard, and it’s mind-blowing they’re allowed to operate under the Best Western name. It felt more like a low-budget horror film than a hotel. We couldn’t even sleep every second spent here made our skin crawl. Do yourself a favor: book literally anywhere else. Staying here was one of the worst experiences.

Stayed here for one quick night and was pleasantly surprised. The room was very spacious and clean and smelled very clean. The pool hours are till 10pm which was since most hotel pools close early. And they had breakfast included which was surprisingly tasty for a buffet style breakfast. Over great experience
