This company is so helpful towards their customers. Their whole team works so hard and are very dedicated to their work. Concerning customer service, they are such a great group of people and make you feel like you're just as important as the other guy. Isaiah knows his stuff and can help you with anything and Steven his so friendly and will make you feel like you've known each other for years after a 2 minute phone call. The rest of the team is always happy to help. This company follows up so well and wont leave you hanging. 10000/10 would recommend.

I like this company. They have very nice people. I had a really expensive motor to be fixed and they fixed it flawlessly. I needed a VFD they got me the right one without any trouble. I really liked working with the customer experience team they were very nice.

I've loved working with EMC! Luke Lancaster is a little interesting though.

Scheduled a start up for a new Generac generator. I was asked to have a gas technician onsite during start up. Energy Management (EM) wouldn’t give a time for the start up until the morning an hour before showing up. That isn’t enough notice for anyone. Once on location EM said we needed to adjust some items on the gas line. Wouldn’t have been a problem, but there was no gas technician due to the short notice. I was told by the EM tech. If you get it resolved quickly we will come back later today or tomorrow. Well, after many requests for a reschedule 6 weeks later we had a day scheduled. Once again no accurate time given. The electrician and I wait over two hours with multiple calls into EM. We kept being told the tech was having car troubles and they would call us back soon. Never got that call back. I finally called my EM sales guys cell phone and demanded he tell me where the EM tech was. The sales guy said let me get you a number. After a few minutes the EM tech gets on the cell phone and says, I just loaded the truck and I’ll be there in an hour. So we waited in total 3+ hours with no communication except our phone calls to EM. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I would not recommend buying a Generac generator until Generac allows other companies to do the start up and service. I’ve heard many of the same experiences or worse. Stay as far away from this company as possible. Update: 10 months after install the coolant level switch failed. I was required to pay almost $1000 to schedule a warranty repair. I was told I would get the money back after Generac paid them. (This was a 45 minute test and repair) I’ve been in the electronic industry my entire life. This is the worst warranty program I’ve ever seen. Would never buy or recommend Generac or Energy Management.

These guys are awesome! They found what I needed and got the ball rolling; unfortunately, due to a delay on the part of the mfg the item arrived too late for my needs. The crew honestly bent over backwards to help resolve the issue of returning the item to the mfg with a minimum amount of trouble to me; the courtesy extended by everyone I encountered will keep me giving a thumbs up to all who inquire!

this was my second time trying to have them work on my generators, I spoke to them about repairing a generac generator, i set up the appointment and they said we would get it looked at. after 2-3 weeks no call, so i called them and they knew nothing about it and had not looked at it. the next day they called me and said it would be $500.00 dollars just to diagnose it. that was not even repairing it, it would have been good to know that before i delivered it to them to look at it and left it there for 2-3 weeks just sitting there doing nothing, plus i feel that they dont even want to work on this generac generator that is why the price was set so high and i was told that after i dropped it off. they must have no lack of work for this to happen, eventually this type of attitude will catch up to them has been my experience with businesses. very poor customer service. And wasting peoples time. generac has a terrible authorized repair center with energy management. after 2 bad experiences with energy management i would never refer them to anyone or bring anything to them in fact i have 6 generac generators and we buy 2 new ones a year but i am going to look to find a different manufacturer other than generac because i cant get there authorized repair center to work on there machines. its like a ford dealer saying we dont want to repair our own vehicles. do not go here find someone else who cares about the customer experience. they are a commodity not a service business.
