Our experience with Rhino was amazing! From the initial inspection to completion and clean up, the Rhino team kept us informed on every step being completed and were happy to answer any questions we had along the way. They showed up on time and began work immediately. They started at 6:30a and were done at 3:30p with no hindrance of our daily lives. I highly recommend Rhino for your next roofing project, they were on the higher end of the three estimates we got, but not by too much. We had their top tier shingles (Duration Storm) installed along with 3 new ridge vents installed to correct the inadequate ventilation provided by the home builder. It was worth the little extra money for the customer service and professional work provided. "Buy once, cry once" we have complete peace of mind with our new roof because of their manufacture/installation warranties. Don’t trust one of the most important parts of your home to anyone else! Carlee was our main point of contact and she was an absolute blessing to us throughout the process, she is the epitome of customer service! (Give her a raise!) Along with Kirkland, Mariana, and Matthew, the team assigned to us was absolutely amazing and we are well pleased. I hope that management knows and appreciates the quality of employees they have. I reached out to Rhino Roofers after realizing that the original builders had not installed my roof correctly. From the first phone call, their call center team was incredibly helpful and empathetic, promptly scheduling a free inspection. The assessment process was seamless and efficient, and I appreciated how quickly they identified and addressed the issue. Alongside the roof repair, I decided to move forward with gutter installation. Rhino Roofers coordinated two separate install dates, keeping the process organized and on track. After the work was completed, the crew encouraged me to call if any issues came up—which, unfortunately, they did. A minor oversight caused water to flow outside the gutter system. It wasn’t entirely in Rhino Roofers’ control, but once the issue was spotted, I initially had difficulty reconnecting with their team. I worked through their escalation process, and eventually, the owner reached out to me directly. He explained they were experiencing some technology issues that affected communication and sincerely apologized. That gesture meant a lot. Mistakes happen, but when leadership steps up and takes accountability, it shows the company’s true commitment to its customers. In the end, the gutters look fantastic, the leak was fixed, and I’m happy with the overall quality of the installation. While there’s still room for improvement in their follow-up process, I’m confident they’re working on it—and I believe they’re headed in the right direction. I highly recommend Rhino Roofers and plan to use them again for future roofing projects. Thanks again to the entire Rhino Roofing team for resolving the issue and being open to feedback. Other than having to spend thousands of dollar's on a new roof, this was a great experience from start to finish. How my new roof would be installed was explained in detail & Rhino Roofers take the extra steps to ensure my new roof lasts as long as possible. Next, the way the roofing crew took the extra time to lay down tarps as well as cover the exterior sides of my house before starting the job ensured that my house was protected & zero trash was left behind when the job was completed. The roofing crew was fast, professional, & the project manager was always available during the installation to answer any questions I had. Once the job was completed, I was given a final detailed explanation of the work that was performed & all of my remaining questions were answered. Lastly, I would like to say that the entire roofing process was well organized & coordinated. I was given continual status updates on where I was in the process from beginning to end. The scheduling & billing departments were all prompt, courteous, & extremely professional. I highly recommend Rhino Roofers & while I hope I don’t need a new roof anytime soon, I would definitely use them again when the time comes for my next new roof.

Great experience. I had hail damage (softball sized hail) and my insurer paid a settlement. Afterward I called some contractors and choose Rhino. They responded quickly, worked within my scheduling request and did a great job. I had 5 layers of old roofing in some places, some rotten decking, and a membrane roof over an add-on room that had been leaking. They took care of it all and worked with my insurer for some additional coverage. I still had some out of pocket expenses in the end but I feel the amount was reasonable. We have since had a spectacular and howling wet storm and nothing leaked. There was one hiccup and that was a misunderstanding about the roof of an ADU in the back yard. It wasn't included in the first visit as I had expected, and I put my question to Rhino. They did a review and saw that the insurer had indeed included the ADU. I had some additional out of pocket for that job, too, and Rhino let me know up front exactly what my part would be. The work was scheduled, done, and they even included adding a much needed turbin vent that I had previously bought. I couldn't be more pleased with the Rhino team. They work hard to keep you informed at every step, work closely with your insurer to get you optimum settlement funds (even after you thought it was settled), and follow up to make sure nothing was missed and you are happy with the results. l have even had a compliment from a neighbor on how nice the new roof looks!

Rhino Roofers is the best! I met with Kirkland and he helped me decide the type of roof and color. Kirkland was so patient with me and helpful. Carlee also jumped in to provide roof samples and pictures and helped me with financing. Jordan led the install crew and was always available for any questions I had. A few gutters got bent during the removal and they replaced all my gutters at no cost. Such a great team and company to work with. Honest and transparent. Would highly recommend. Nicholas and his crew did an outstanding job. I was sent text messages throughout the day advising me of the job status and at completion Nicholas walked me around the entire house to confirm the work that had been completed. He then used a drone to take photos of the roof for my records. I highly recommend Rhino for an excellent roof.
