DeHeart Plumbing, Heating, & Air technician Michael Machnik did fantastic job on our emergency call out for our furnace. He was prompt and knowledgeable. He identified the problem and fixed it quickly. We will be a loyal customer to this company from now on. Update: We decided to install a new efficient Daiken Oterra heat/cool minisplit system. We are so happy with Grant and the team of installation professionals that came into our home. The sales representative Michael was excellent as well. We are very happy with the system and the attention to the new installation that we received. We also decided to upgrade the insulation in our attic. Would definitely recommend using this company!

From start to finish, the entire process with Michael Machnik @ DeHart was absolutely outstanding. From providing a clear and fair quote to walking me through every step of the process, Michael made everything simple and stress-free. Communication was great, and I felt informed and confident about the work being done. The delivery and installation went exactly as promised. They arrived on time, were extremely polite and respectful, and treated my home with great care. They worked efficiently, cleaned up everything once they were done, and made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving. and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Very happy so far with Dehart. Javier came out to do an estimate for an expanded gas line and actually took the time to look at the situation and suggest only the work we truly needed. I’ve had two other local companies come out and just decide I needed an entirely new line from the meter without doing any math or asking any questions (quotes ranging from $2200-13k! Javier took the time to add up my BTUs and determine we had plenty of line to support our appliances. Highly reccomend Dehart.

Lauren came on Wednesday as promised and was very professional and explained everything he needed to do. He and Stephen are exemplary and should be commended in what they do. Thank you again Dehart Plumming for going above and beyond with customer service. Stephen came and was polite knowledgeable and explained everything. I still need a new water heater but that will come on Wednesday. He is wonderful he set me up with a temporary water heater and didn't price gouge me. Dehart has a great employee and a valuable asset with him. I look forward to working with him on Wednesday. Thank you Dehart!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Michael and EVERYONE at DeHart are absolutely incredible. Real people that actually care. I will NEVER have anyone else help with any of our needs in the home. These are honest, hard working people! I am way more than pleased and forever grateful to have had an experience with them!

Grant and Patrick arrived on time. They removed the old hot water tank and installed the new one in about 3 hours. They did a great job with the install and clean up afterwards. UPDATE: Had Matt come a few weeks after the water tank install to put in 2 new toilets. Did a great job and left the work area spotless. UPDATE: Eric serviced our HVAC unit and recommended a few repair items. He returned today and installed the recommended parts. He arrived on time and did a great job.

For a personal project in our home, we just needed our gas in the kitchen gas capped off to install an electric induction/convection slide-in range. Notification prior to arrival, right in the middle of our 4 hour window. Perfect to be able to get back to work. Also, Matt was able to check a few other projects that Randy had provided estimates for. We definitely plan on using DeHart for plumbing services in the future.
