The crew that restored the neighborhood power after our massive wind event in washougal was incredible! They worked their butts off in the cold all night. They were excellent communicators and very respectful and positive, despite the huge tree that fell on our house. I know they kept my pipes from freezing. In the week that has followed they've been very courteous, and helpful while they work on repairing the damage that took place mostly in my driveway. Dave and his crew are studs!

Sometimes I forget to pay me electric bill. It's nothing personal. was just a bit in awe that they came to my door when it was 90F outside and threatened to turn off my electricity. I paid it in full but I was amazing they would do that during a heat watch warning; and of course it's a necessary evil.

I just move to woodland, I'm right on the border. I had a Russian guy and an American guy come out. They were here within 2 hours. The prior owner had mowed and mowed over a high voltage junction box. Was all exposed and very dangerous. They took care of it right away!

This company is quite good at getting electricity back up after an outage, but they will shut off your electricity at the drop off a hat. My mother was in a horrific car crash and in a coma. After over 2 months in the hospital she went home to rotten food and dead fish because they just cut off her electricity and we had no access to her residence. We tried to deal with her account, but they would not allow us as we were not named on the the account.

Super outstanding Line Crew. Wow! Very professional, polite, knowledgeable and skillful. On 5/29/19, at about 3:45pm a car crashed into the power pole in front of our house, East of NE 82nd. Thankfully, the individual that crashed appeared to have minor injuries when transported via ambulance. A PUD Employee arrived shortly after the emergency response team to access the damage to the power pole. The PUD Line Crew could not get started until the emergency vehicles and wrecked vehicle was cleared by sometime around 5:30pm. The crew skillfully and diligently replaced the pole and our electrical service was functional the entire time. My thanks to the outstanding PUD Team. Amazing!

My husband and I are building a home and we are at the point of switching the electricity over to the new home and we were going to be left in our mobile home with no electricity and the crew that came to do the switch over did not want to leave us without electricity for 1-2 weeks until everything was ready for us to move in SO they gave us a temporary line to the mobile so we wouldn't have a difficult time during this transition. In this HOT weather we are having they did their work with smiles on their faces! Absolutely GREAT crew! Thank you to... Dave Autrey-Matt Roland-Michael Reddinger and Tracy Gillis...you guys were truly life savers! Congratulations to Clark PUD for having great employees!!!
