Pablo is incredible! I would give him 6 stars! He communicates when he will arrive, is very thorough, and explains everything he is doing. Pablo is one of the most competent technicians I have worked with. He is knowledgeable on all appliances and has diagnosed any problem we have had within minutes if not seconds. Highly recommended!

Pablo was fantastic!!! He came over right away, very quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem with our A/C (as a heat dome is starting for the next several days), charged a reasonable price, and gave us good tips to avoid problems in the future. Such a nice guy, too! I couldn’t be happier with his outstanding service and HIGHLY recommend him!!!

My HVAC system was not working, I called Zapata’s they troubleshoot the unit and fixed same day , price was reasonable
I had an emergency late on a Saturday and Pablo came out right away fixed the problem and charged me a fair price. He is wonderful! I highly recommend him.
Pablo installed Amana PTAC 220 volts AC unit at our place today . He came at a very short notice, was extremely professional and had reasonable charges for the job given. We plan on hiring Pablo for additional projects based on the quality of service he provided. I’ll be updating this review once Pablo finishes the other projects.
