Walked in here today, totally disrespected for no reason. The lady here with the black hair short bangs with the glasses Extremely rude , I tried to find a woman here that I can talk to and have a smooth experience to my surprise She was the worst employee in the store, talking about me in another language, laughing at me with her I can barely afford A full set nail design! Flashing my government IDs to her little boyfriend in the store yeah I make more than she ever will now that’s something to laugh about !

The Providence Mall T-Mobile store manager, Barbara and the store staff are the most respectful people that you could find in the T-Mobile stores around Rhode Island. I bought a phone from a store on bald Hill in Warwick and I wanted to return it back, but the Rep in the store did not want to help me he just didn’t care. I called costumer care and They lead me to the store in Providence Place Mall. These guys are amazing. You can trust them and you can definitely come here to buy from them rather than going to stores that will not help you when running into a problem in the future. This is the place where you Mobile phone problems will be all solved. Barbara the store Manager is five stars she is absolutely amazing, thank you Barbara for your help.

Jordania was absolutely amazing! She was very sweet and I noticed she was helping others a lot. She definitely knows what she is doing. This location is very very busy so you do have to wait, but the service is excellent.

I went to the t mobile at providence place mall and I was help by Oscar Morales who was very professional. I highly recommend and appreciate him, he was very kind and helpful and these are the kind of people we like to interact with when we are really frustrated with our phones. He made me very comfortable as soon as I walked in. Thank Oscar I am forever grateful to you

I had an excellent experience at the T-Mobile store in Providence Place, thanks to Billy. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and patient while helping me with my Samsung Galaxy. He quickly diagnosed the issue and walked me through the solution step by step, making the process stress-free. His customer service was top-notch, and it’s clear he cares about helping customers leave satisfied. If you need help with your phone or anything T-Mobile-related, I highly recommend asking for Billy!

Sooo nice! They were really good to me. I went in around closing time and they helped me immediately. I needed my phone to turn on because I got a new phone and wanted to make sure I was safe and had a way to get home. They let me stay in the store for a bit until it turned on! I’m so lucky to have had this staff.

Just don't use T-Mobile go to anybody else AT&t or Verizon
