Guitar Center

I do not like leaving negative reviews for ANY business, but the guitar tech insulted me. He took one look at my guitar and said he said " I don’t work on those homemade things". I worked really hard on restoring it, and it’s not "homemade". Came across as very snobby. Guitar Center just lost a customer. I was going to buy an amp, case, and possibly an acoustic guitar today.

This is good. Even as bad reviews from the past few months may remain. They have changed seriously since then, I assure you. These are some of the finest people to ever grace a guitar center. I will thank them for the rest of my life.

Great place! Rwason for the 4 stars and not 5 is because I drove almost 2 hrs after placing order online to be told they only had floor model available. When asked about discount on floor model they randomly had a brand new one in box come outta no where.

I remember this store being a fun and friendly place to go, but maybe it was an off week. I called to inquire about a guitar for my son and the associate seemed like it was too difficult to go and look. They then misquoted the price (double what it goes for online). Called back to clarify and talked to a different associate who said they did have them, but he told me he couldn’t walk over to see the colors. Called back the next day when we were able to go up to the store, and we were told one was in stock. Got to the store and the associate told me they don’t have them and didn’t seem terribly friendly. I’ll go buy elsewhere

We love going here. It's one of our favorite places. It's a musician's playground of sorts. You can try before you buy. We bought the strat, bag, and amp here. We have a long list of more things to buy.

Used item hold policy means they have a big chunk of merchandise on the floor that they can't sell. Feels like deceptive marketing to me To add to that, checkout is done on a smartphone instead of the register. Doesn't feel as secure.

This place is great. Easy location and tons of guitars to choose from. Staff is friendly and helpful. Guitar lessons as well although $100 is too much for me.
