Cottam just finished installing my home with additional Mitsubishi units and must say the onsite crew , Joey and Isaiah ,did a great job. They were very professional, neat and hard working. They started the day on time and were always pleasant . Along with the PM , Robert , my project was completed on time as promised. Blake Cottam did the original onsite visit with equipment recommendations followed by estimate and contract. The team worked together to make sure all went well and I was satisfied. Second time using Cottman and I would recommend this company and crew every time.

I have been using Cottam to service and maintain my heat and air conditioning units for almost 7 years and am extremely pleased! From the office staff to the service technicians, everyone is professional, helpful and knowledgeable. They provide reliable service at a reasonable price. Today Juan did a thorough check and cleaning of my heating system with a filter change prior to our winter use. It gives us confidence that they are maintaining our systems in tip top shape! Happy to recommend them!

I am sorry to say that I had a negative experience with Cottam. I had several concerns/complaints about an installation they did for me. As soon as I raised these concerns, our communication became contentious and difficult. The most surprising part to me was that they presented me with a final invoice and requested payment on October 30, but still needed to send a tech out on November 3rd to complete the job. When I raised my concerns in an email, they hinted that they might take legal action to collect if I did not pay immediately. The job had only been completed that day! And I still had several serious concerns I wanted addressed. It's worth noting that I had already paid $12,000 on what was a $15,000 job and had done so promptly.They did make a token concession, but I regret my decision to use them and would not do so again.

We recently had a central A/C installed during the month of April. I dealt with Blake Cottam directly. Blake took my needs and wants into consideration and provided me with a few options, a decision was made. George was the lead on the install with Luca assisting and I found them to be polite and very respectable beside the fact the work was impeccable. During the installation Blake stopped by to check on things and it was during this time I had the opportunity to meet Robert who was very professional and had also assisted the crew. Before all was said and done Marcos stopped by to assist with the final touches and once again, I found him to be very pleasant and respectable as well. Bottom line here is Cottam is a no-nonsense company with a very respectable group of people who take their jobs seriously. I highly recommend them. Thanks guys David

We had quite a storm Monday evening with our house being affected by the lightening including our HVAC. Fun times! We called Cottam and they had someone over as quickly as possible to get us up and running again. Unfortunately, we didn't realize immediately that my smart thermostat was also affected and we had to call back for more help. Austin very quickly responded and managed to help us get an older thermostat running. He personally checked and rechecked all aspects of the system to make sure we were good to go. At the time Austin arrived in our home I was quite stressed due to the multiple issues caused from the lightening. In addition to making sure our HVAC was working perfectly, he was super friendly and genuine it helped put me at ease. If only all the other companies I had to deal with to fix the issues were as good! My family has been using Cottam for years, and cannot recommend them enough! Thank you!!

We were thrilled with our experience with Omar at Cottam and would highly recommend him to anyone. After another company failed to repair our outdoor compressor (because they miswired and even recommended a whole new unit on year 6 versus the standard 15 year life!), Omar was able to come, diagnose, and resolve the issue expeditiously - and in nothing but the most professional manner.

Cottam always provides quality professional and courteous service from the office to the technicians and everyone in between. My latest service technician, Juan, provided that same level of service that I expect from Cottam. Not just in the actual servicing of the units but in other ways like putting on booties before coming in. Gold standard.
