Just had an installation of a Whole House Generator (Kohler) 20KW system, by AES. And I’m SUPER HAPPY! with the entire process with AES The entire process with AES was smooth, pleasant, and 100% professional (and FAST⚡️). In fact, AES was "Heads and Tails" ABOVE… ALL….other Generator contractors around the Jackson, Mississippi area (and I called over SEVEN (7️⃣) different ones ). This is in contrast to my initial experience with the 1st main Generator seller, Home Depot (of whom I started this entire process) — With them, they had THEIR own installer/contractor (Mississippi Energy Services [MES]), who came out and seemed legitimate (at first), but: 1) They tried to "Pressure" me into a Generic Generator, 2) Quoted me a HUGE [inflated ] price , and 3) Told me I had to wait MONTHS to get a generator installed. This was when I called Kohler [directly], and was given AES’s contact info, as an alternate choice (who are also Certified Kohler Contractors). A majority of YouTube reviewers say that Kohler is a MUCH BETTER (more reliable) Whole House Generator (than the "So So" Generic). When I made an appointment, Ashley of AES was SUPER helpful to get me started. The main guy (Mark) came out the very NEXT day to given me an estimate, survey, and educate me to/through the process. The very next day (after), Mark quoted me a VERY reasonable price (A LOT better than Home Depot/MES). And here is the "kicker/surprise" - AES promised me to get a Generator installed in a MUCH FASTER ⚡️time ⏳ (WEEKS-vs-months), which 90% of all other contractors could only promise. The only pain (or "delay") was with the Gas ⛽️ hookup, which was my Propane (as AES only work with Natural Gas [not LP/Propane]). But I found some "Super" guys locally at Lampkin Love Propane (in Pelahatchie) - the other Major LP place (Blossman) SUCKED majorly!! After the Lampkin Love guys hooked up my LP, I called up AES to wrap things up. The AES crew (Lane & Jeremy) came out the very NEXT DAY (WOW, is RIGHT!!!) to finish up the Electrical. They got this done ✅ within a few hours - and even took the time to "TRAIN" ‍ me on how the Generator Worked, Registration, and App set-up. Overall - 5 STAR ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience & service So if you EVER need a Whole House Kohler Generator (or other Electrical services) call Mark at AES (you will NOT be dissatisfied ) - if Home Depot comes calling, then run, ‍♀️Run, ‍♂️RUN for the Hills ️….( ‍♂️) [then call ☎️ AES ].

Great services provided from scheduling until the list of repairs I needed were completed. Levi was timely (came early) and professional. Levi made sure he showed me the repairs once finished and explained how everything worked. Ashley stayed in contact with updates on scheduling and pricing before any repairs were done. It’s great to know there are companies that still provide great service and great customer service. Thank you AES!!

Levi did a great job. Installed 5 lights and four smoke alarms in short order. He is fast and professional! Levi came back after we bought a new microwave and installed it for us. Once again, he did a great job!

Phenomenal Service from Start to Finish! From the moment I scheduled my appointment online, the entire team delivered exceptional service. The process was seamless and professional right from the beginning. When I spoke with Ashley and explained the septic issues we had been battling for two weeks, she immediately understood the urgency and arranged for Josh to come out right after setting up our appointment for Monday — truly going above and beyond. My husband had also spoken to Mark, and I was impressed with how everyone involved was fully informed of our situation before the technician even arrived. This level of communication and coordination is rare and speaks volumes about their customer care. When Josh arrived, he quickly assessed the problem and applied his expertise to resolve the issue. We had been dealing with a persistent GFCI problem that was causing our sprinkler system to shut down, leading to further complications with our septic system. After days of trying different septic service companies, plumbers, electricians — all unable to resolve the issue — Josh stepped in and applied his skillfulness to fix what others could not. I cannot express how grateful I am for Josh’s professionalism, knowledge, and ability to resolve such a complex problem efficiently. The entire team—from scheduling to solution—operated with incredible care, expertise, and attention to detail. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants peace of mind and real solutions when it matters most. Thank you again for your phenomenal service! We have had electricians come to the house and couldn't get to the bottom of some of our receptacles not working. I called Advanced Electric yesterday and Levi showed up this morning ahead of schedule! He found the problem, fixed it and installed some GFCI receptacles that were missing. He was so nice, personable, professional and knowledgeable! We will DEFINITELY use AES again and will tell others about them!! It is so nice to have a company do what they say, show up on time and not leave until the problem is solved!! Thank you, Levi!!!!

Jeremy was punctual, professional, and completed the job efficiently. The quality of work was outstanding, and he took the time to explain everything that he was doing. I highly recommend Jeremy for any electrical needs! As for Advanced Electric Service (AES), I highly recommend this business. Their customer service is second to none. I was completely impressed with Jeremy, Ashley, and Levi's professionalism and customer service. Their staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled. Today I had my old ceiling fans replaced with the new and improved - one piece units. Levi was my electrician, he had the old fans down and the new ones up in no time. I am extremely satisfied with the work. They have done many electrical services for me since I’ve had this house, and this company has done a remarkable job with every task that I have asked them to help me with. I highly recommend their services. I am a repeat customer.
