New to solar companies other than the constant flow of door-to-door sales folks. Ended up going with Envision who have done a good job with our project. We had a great experience with Ryan (sales) who was sensitive to our needs and wants. Elevation (installers) were always very professional and timely. There was some delay due to Tesla parts availability but we are live now so time will tell how reliability and support plays out in the future.

As a family, our first experience going solar has been wonderful! The whole team at Envision Solar, starting with our sales rep Ivan, thoroughly explained all of our options, always readily available to answer any questions we had, and responded in a timely manner. The technicians that installed our panels were very polite, friendly and professional... They did a wonderful job cleaning up after they were finished! We absolutely loved that our techs painted the pipe or wire that goes up the side of the house to the panels, which really looks so much more professional because it blends with the home. We thank everyone at Envision Solar because you guys rock!!

Jose, our salesman, was amazing. He detailed and thorough with his information. We could tell he knew his stuff. Our system is scalable so we can add onto it later as needed with more panels, EC charger, or batteries, which is extremely helpful. The process went smoothly, as they took care of everything from permits to dealing with the electric company. Darryl, the owner, reached out to us to take care of an issue. We were impressed and extremely grateful to him taking the time to call and explain everything. He took care of it and we had a great conversation. We would recommend this company to others in the market for solar.

Envision Solar Review: Great Solar, Disappointing Incentive Follow‑Through The sales experience with Envision Solar was excellent. A representative came to my door—very professional, highly knowledgeable, and never pushy. They took the time to understand my needs and tailored everything accordingly. The installation process also went smoothly. Permits and approvals were handled in a timely manner, and from signing the contract in November 2024 to going live in February 2025, the timeline was very reasonable. Where things fell short was on the back end. During the sales process, I was promised an incentive that would be paid out within 30 days of installation. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. It took several months of delays, follow-ups, and escalating frustration before the incentive was finally fulfilled—not until the end of July. At times, it genuinely felt like it wasn’t going to happen at all. If you're considering purchasing from Envision Solar, I recommend focusing solely on the solar system itself, which they deliver well. If incentives are part of your deal, make sure you get everything in writing, including the payout amount and a clear deadline. Otherwise, be prepared for a potential headache trying to collect. Edit: Reduced star rating from 2 to 1. After leaving an honest 2-star review about my experience, the owner began harassing me via threatening text messages. I’ve saved all communications and am reporting this to the authorities, if necessary. No one should be treated this way for expressing their experience. Completely unprofessional and intimidating behavior.

Quick and straightforward process, everyone I worked with was friendly and helpful. They reached out often and always made sure I was in the loop with what was going on with my project. Once my project was finished someone came out to give me more insight and info on my solar and how I’m truly benefiting from it. Very grateful to have went with a company that is continuously delivering on all their promises.
