I have tried to contact Rayann, the project manager and Cash the installer with no luck. I’m not sure if my solar is actually working. This has been a nightmare. I started this and communication was good until I signed and it took forever to get them here to put the panels on and when they left they left all their trash. I didn’t get my battery and when I finally got in touch with them I was told they were waiting on the battery and it wouldn’t power my home. That was the reason I wanted a battery because I was taking care of my brother and he was on oxygen.. I have made the worse mistake trusting these people!! I have hail damage and my roof needs redone and I can’t reach anyone but the secretary who says that the guy who put my panels on doesn’t work for them anymore and she was told to tell me to find someone else. Them removing the panels were a warranty for 5 years and it’s been less than one. I think I may just get a lawyer because I have all my documents and communication through text and email. Don’t trust this company they have no problem messing over you. What company never answers the phone?? Zero stars

Warning. Do not use this company. They swapped contracts once after the work started and my interest rate increased. They are scammers who will not install what you were promised per the contract, they will delay and ignore phone calls once they have received funding, and they will sweep you under the rug until you get their financing company and attorney's involved. My home project started on November 2022 and ended April 5, 2023. I still have to hire a company to install my backup generator and the home efficiency package. Very poor and unprofessional service. Do not fall for the scams from this solar company.

They are scammers who will not install what you were promised, they will delay and dodge phone calls once they have received funding, and they will sweep you under the rug until you get their financing company involved. Look no further for a reputable solar company. I see some of these reviews and their experience is the complete opposite of the service I received. From start to finish the process was smooth and easy. It seems like previous issues have been resolved and they are a great company to work with.

Started the process in Nov 22. Still having issues getting what was promised. 1st contract had wrong name but right address. Sam Zakaria had a reason for that. Never Recieved the panels until Jan.23. Then found out the panels were upgraded( after installed) without our ok. Didn't get them connected because when Sam talked to us he didn't check to see if our wiring would be ok to support the system. We have a older home. Electrician came and saw that... and installation was postponed again. Mid Feb saw the new box put in . our electric bill has doubled... They did not let us know our provider doesnt do the buy back program. Plus we did not get a storage unit put in. Cannot reach anyone at the 800 # who will answer ?s. Or you can really understand. They keep saying a Mgr. Will call back and that has yet to happen. Nor will Sam the Sales rep. On the contract it says a Ryann Akbar is our consultant but there is no number listed and we've never heard from them. So no wouldnt recommend them at all. We are in a mess .

At first they are very easy to work with and very responsive. After the contract they where out to start the project the next week. I opted to have them build a carport and install on it. Everyone that they contracted or sent out was friendly and professional They sent a concrete crew to pour the slab on December 29th. January 10th they built the carport . January 11th they installed the panels. March 3rd they sent the electrician to connect the solar to the house. They did not do a site inspection prior to arrival and did not have the equipment needed to run the wiring underground to the house with my soil being full of rocks. March 13th they hired a skid steer to trench . March 14th the electrician came back to finish install and system was connected and functioning but monitoring system was not set up. March 17th Electric company performed interconnection inspection and failed due to a missing emergency disconnect for solar on the house also noted that equipment installed was not what was submitted as the engineering plans they submitted with the application. Notified Edison and submitted failed inspection. April 3rd they returned to install the disconnect and setup monitoring. I will admit the installation was probably not typical for them and they might be much faster on a roof system but the delays caused the loan payments to be due before the system was functioning and offsetting the electric cost. 2 loan payments and electric costs where not anticipated because it was pitched to me that it would be functional prior to the first loan payment due date. The communication from Edison after the panels where mounted was minimal and often had to contact them to find out when someone might comeback after some no shows . This left me feeling like this was a possible scam and the system would never be finished. They did agree to reimburse for one loan payment and fix the lawn the the skid steer damaged but I have not gotten either. All said , they did get the job complete and the system is functioning safely.
