As a design professional in construction industry I highly recommend AC Sure Plan. They have worked on a very challenging conversion of an existing 50k s.f. hospital building to 74 unit multi family to my own individual install on a split system in my office pod. All their team members are professional, knowledgable and go out of their way to make sure the final product is to your approval. I would highly recommend them as a team that can manage large challenging projects to a small install with the same integrity and attention.

our unit was installed two years ago, we have never been happy since then especially during summer months in Poway( inland part of San Diego). Robert is pleasant to work wit! sharing this review during spring time of pandemic 2020 as they just sent an email to check on their customers and I forgot to review the service they provided back then. People compiling on appointments and etc bit come on, were all humans some things always slipped unintentional, not all are perfect. If pure looking value, honesty and good work, that's what they do. AC Sure Plan has been extremely punctual and reasonable. Their serivce technicians are professional and knowledgeable. They are problem solvers and are not out for a quick fix and a quick buck. You can be assured to be satisfied. I highly recommend calling AC Sure Plan.

i scheduled an appointment on 8/6/2015. They were due to be at me on 8/7/2015 to attend to my a/c unit. I confirmed their appointment time again in the morning to be between 12-2pm. At 2pm on Friday afternoon they called to say that they will not be coming out and that they would call back to reschedule for another time. No shame in leaving me stranded without an a/c for the whole weekend. absolutley shocking service and disgusting customer service.

I called AC Sure Plan to come out and repair my air conditioning system. I paid a diagnostic fee. The technician did the diagnostic and gave a list of parts that need to be replaced. After replacing these parts, he tells me that I need a new compressor and that it will take 24 to 48 hours.
