Accu-Temp was a recommendation from a gentleman who couldn't fix my furnace. Bob was friendly and personable. He was able to fix my furnace under the warranty, which I didn't even think of when calling Accu-Temp. He saved us hundreds of dollars. I appreciate the work he did to get the heat going on 2 very frigid days.

Can a furnace be pretty? I think this new one is! I am so pleased with everything! I've used Accu-Temp in the past for maintenance but this was my first time purchasing new equipment. Bob was delightful and informative when explaining what I needed and what my options were. The installers took the time to make the set up better (my old furnace had some wonkiness going on), made sure I knew how to work everything, cleaned up every bit of everything, and were more than happy to answer all my questions. From beginning to end the process was smooth and stress-free.

Mason was very Thorough, Tenacious, and Trustworthy. Did preventive maintenance and tried to find any issues not readily evident. Totally satisfied with this service experience. Kudos to Bob (the owner) for a great training program.

Technician was absolutely polite and professional. Paid $421.00 to have a $20 capacitor replaced in less than two hours. My fault. Live and learn. If fixing your AC / heating unit at any price is your aim, call Accu-Temp Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. They won’t disappoint $$$$$$.

Excellent service, starting with the right selection of equipment for my house, followed by a very meticulous installation and removal of the old devices. Technicians Andy and Tim did an outstanding job, including very detailed explanation on how to use the new equipment for optimum performance. And, after the installation, the office team handled the warranty registration and filed the forms for rebates from the utility company. Overall, a great customer experience!

Hands down, best guys around. Not out to take your money. I've used them 4 times in the past 7 years at different properties. Twice, they just talked me through fixing the problem myself at zero charge. Both times they were spot on. They also walked me through getting warranty work that a contractor was trying to get of doing, again, they were spot on. They knew every trick they were trying to pull to get out of doing it. Free advice saved me a bundle of money again. The only time they actually came out to service my furnace, the technician spent an hour troubleshooting and found that the blower fan wasn't installed properly. He fixed the issue and only charged me for the service call. You don't find honest businesses like these guys very often. They could've attempted upcharging me for things I didn't need, but never even tried. Just good honest people that know their business well. I'll continue using them in the future for sure.

I was referred by somebody I know... After two people came over and quoted me for very costly repairs or replacement. Bob from acutemp came over, and in two seconds knew what the problem was.He repaired it, he tested everything.He was very friendly.My dog loved him which is always a good sign.. I cannot say enough Good things about him and the company. I would highly recommend him.. I am thankful to have heat thanks to him
