Ahart Electrical Contractor

We feel fortunate to have found AHART Electrical for our recent kitchen lighting project. It was a very positive customer service experience, and those types of encounters seem to be occurring less-and-less frequently these days! I’ll admit it: I am a high maintenance customer… I ask lots of questions and I’m very particular with details and expectations. In this project, we wanted under/over LED cabinet lighting installed in our kitchen. After an initial quote from a lighting company came in very high just for the parts alone (approx. $850), I researched what I might need if I wanted to do it myself (e.g., measurements, wiring diagrams, parts, etc.). I found everything I needed at Home Depot (less than $150). The installation I wanted, however, included adding an in-wall hard-wired dimmer switch, which exceeded my personal electrical wiring capabilities. I contacted AHART electrical for the installation, but was somewhat skeptical that a contractor would be open to following a plan I had put together myself. I was put in touch with the owner, Art Hartsell, who asked me to send him my plans for review and he would let me know. To my surprise and delight, he approved of my plan, said it would be no problem, and quoted me a fair price. From Art's approval, to Nina's scheduling, to the spot-on installation by Blake and Roy, our kitchen under/over cabinet lighting came out exactly as I had planned it... we could not be happier. We were first time customers for this project, and have since used them again for repair of an outlet. While you hope to never need an electrician, the next time we do, we will be calling them! My flood lights were old and outdated. They swapped them out for new LED ones. The guys were quick, very professional and did excellent work! Nice to support a local business you know you can trust!

Excellent work.very fair cost of repair. All the electrician who work for A heart electric contractor are very efficient professional and do their work in very timely manner. The people in the office Ms Nina Office manager once you call you are in good hands she will listen and will take care of all your electrical concerns she is very professional and kind and most of all a good listener. MrGirard who came to my house is very kind very professional and knows his job I recommend very highly A Hatt electrical contractors for all their professional ethics knowledge and most of all very fair in their cost. 5 stars is my rating for this excellent company Ben Benyahia

I had a great experience with Ahart! They gave me a consultation for mounting lighting fixtures and provided very knowledgeable suggestions. They were easy to schedule an appointment, and the installation went quickly and very well!

VERY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I called three days ago! As soon as I told the lady who answered the phone the reason I needed someone to come out she Very RUDELY and IMMEDIATELY let me know that it wouldn’t be that same day which was fine but she didn’t even give me a chance to say when I was looking to get it done! So she took my info and my home address to tell me that someone would be back in touch with me to set up and appointment. Im like lady if you don’t set the appointments then what the hell are you answering the phones for but whatever! It’s been 3 days and still nothing! Not a call back or anything! I’ve never had to wait on a call back just to set up an appointment.. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I have called everyday for the past three days and the lady who answers the phone was ZERO help. She knew i was the same person calling back everyday and shook took ZERO initiative to make sure me an inquiring customer was taken care of. I called another electrician he came out that same day and fixed my problem right away...don’t waste your time waiting for an appointment from this company because who knows when they will be available to call you back or even fix the problem. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!
