Had Victor fromAir Care out to service my AC unit did a wonderful job respectful knowledgeable very friendly. He went through every part to get my full understanding of each individual part. Help me understand what part does what very happy with my experience would highly recommend air care.

Hair care is awesome. I was looking for an air conditioning company to repair my air conditioner in Mesa, Arizona. I searched for repairs near me and I found this company. They came out and they found the system and had too many issues. They gave me a great price, they even beat the competitors pricing with their price match guarantee. I like the fact that they had at pre-second opinion and that's why I hired them. I highly recommend them.

The AC went out and we didn't notice until 6 at night on a Saturday. Called around to at least 8 different companies, but no one was able to come out the same night until Air Care. These guys are phenomenal beginning when Sally picked up the phone. She was very thorough in getting information about the issue and address. Our technician Robert showed up faster than planned and got straight to work asking questions and verifying every detail. When he tested the capacitor, he found that it was not dead, but was out of spec. He said that it was not causing the issue, but could become one in the future. He was here, so why not have him replace it instaed of creating another call. This honesty is non-existent in most other companies. Robert found the issue quickly and verified everything he possibly could and got us up and running very fast. I have finally found my new go-to AC company (as long as Robert is our tech! )!

Since the call to ask for service, and an appointment, Sally was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me troubleshoot some things to see if we could get the air fixed without having a tech come out. The ac did not respond so she sent out a tech late at night. Robert came out and was very knowledgeable and thorough. He was careful to check the problem and ascertain what was failing. He is very personable and friendly as well as having the ability not to miss anything that might be causing a failure in the ac.

Victor came by for our yearly check up. Serviced everything and recommended a replacement of a part that was going out. He was thorough and didn’t try to over sell anything we didn’t need. This company has been servicing our AC for 3 yrs now, and they are always professional and honest. They always call for reminders when it’s time for a check up. Highly recommend this company….

Victor, from Air Care came out today to do my semi annual maintenance.. He gave me an honest overview of my 10 year old unit. Thank goodness there was nothing major at this time. Love his honesty and level of service. A+ review for Victor!

Robert was absolutely fantastic! From the moment he arrived, he was professional, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable about his work. He explained everything in simple terms, and what maintenance would be required to keep our units running efficiently. What I appreciated most was his attention to detail and how he treated our home with respect—cleaning up after himself and making sure everything was working 100% before he left.
