I have a European car with difficult electronics surrounding the battery. Instead of trying to "figure it out" unlike most mechanics, Ken was straightforward about it. Sold me a battery at a very good cost and recommended a mechanic in town that could install the battery. It’s hard to find HONEST businessesmen in the auto repair industry. My battery died today. I took my car in, and Ken immediately diagnosed the issue. He quickly (within 10 minutes) installed a brand new battery. Even though it was about 2 months outside of free replacement warranty, he charged me $00.00 for everything. Yes, $ZERO! Awesome experience. Had a battery that kept dying on me every week or so. Called in and they were able to see me right away. Trouble shot the issue and turned out to be bad cell/old battery, alternator was still working. Replaced quickly and back on the road. I will be returning for future problems.
