AT&T Store

I was at target, and stopped here to pay my Internet bill, and the employee spent 10 minutes talking to me about a home protection package. I didn't want it, and told them "no" multiple times. I look at my bill a few weeks later, and guess what's on my bill..... Home Protection! I'm not going back to this store. From now on, I'm only using the store by in front of Costcos. Not only are they much more helpful, they're also next to a Starbucks and firehouse. So I'll be good with coffee and food next time I need to do anything major with att.

Our experiences at AT&T corporate stores are far superior to the 3rd party franchise. Malik was professional, kind and listened to understand. He offered clear opinions and was very respectful of our time.

Ronald was very helpful and made the process of getting new phones and updating our bill so easy for my family and I. We appreciate the great customer service.

The customer service my daughter received from Jessica was incredible ! In a world where nobody goes above and beyond anymore she made a huge impression on us . The world needs more Jessica !

Sales rep was VERY capable and professional and knowledgeable!! She went above and beyond to help us and guide us through this process.

Call the store yesterday and asked for him to call me back because I need some help. I haven’t heard a word from him. Bad customer service when it was good at one time.
