The service was verygood, employees so nice and helpful! But I didn't found only one part!!.. but in general it was good!

I had warranty still on my brake caliper. The cashier told me I bought a different part number. So I paid anyways since I needed the part right away. I went home and looked it up on my autozone account on the website. I pretty much paid for the same part number I already had warranty on. Waiting to call the store manager in the morning since they are closing soon here. Waste my time. Now im going to have to go back there to get my refund.

Was able to bring in my Duralast Gold car battery to be replaced with warranty. Chris was training a new employee, and was very helpful with the process.

I've been coming to the home of the lifetime warranty for 45 years. And every once in a while, really comes in handy.

Called 4 times they hung up right away ! Then on the 4th time they just placed me on hold without saying anything. If you’re busy then that’s fine but they should explain that before placing someone on hold.

I've never tried to shop somewhere that as consistently doesn't open on time. It's a common experience to come and find it still closed 20 minutes after posted open hours.

Helpful, friendly crew. Most parts well in stock.
