I didn't find the battery that I was looking for but the staff was very knowledgeable and nice. He gave me great suggestions on the battery for my lawn mover. He wasn't trying to take my money. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. And he put a battery in my watch.

Store personnel were very helpful. And when I picked up my motorcycle battery, it clearly was not going to fit. The gave me the correct one without question.

Mason was great! They fixed my broken iPhone XS Max screen in less than an hour. Prior to getting fixed, glass was coming out of it and it was held together by duct tape. I am very grateful to Mason and the Battery Plus team! Thank you

I will be honest and say I’m the person that never leaves reviews. But after the service I received yesterday at this location, I feel people should know exactly where to go if they need a quality battery. Eric, was phenomenal from start to finish. I knew absolutely nothing about batteries or power sources and he took the time to educate me, and ask me questions to help me find EXACTLY what I needed. Once I bought the battery I put it the test the same day and the results exceeded my expectations. I live in Maryland and I will return here simply because of the service I received, thank you again Eric!

I’ve put off replacing my car battery for a long time, and decided to pull the trigger and make an appt at the Alexandria BatteriesPlus. Mason did an awesome job replacing my battery, even getting rid of most of the corrosion that had built up on my old battery. He was quick, efficient, and friendly. I was in and out of the store in 25 mins or so. Great service; would absolutely come back to this store for any battery needs in the future and will definitely recommend them.

Mason helped me on the phone discussing different battery options, not trying to sell me the most expensive battery, but rather went over the pros and cons of each. Erick is amazing. He quickly performed a load test and told me my battery was in great shape and told me it didn’t need replacing rather than try to sell me a new battery. He also helped me check to see if the wiring on a personal project was done satisfactorily. At the end of the day, they made no money but were extremely helpful. I will definitely come back to this store for all my battery needs. Note: I’ve purchased batteries and bulbs from them when they were located at Bradlee Center.
