CVS

Every day there’s different people working here. Didn’t like the ones tonight. When you walk in you can’t find anyone you have to yell for help. Employees too busy stocking shelves. I thought the guy (don’t know anyone’s name - a guy and a girl) was nice at first. I bought some toothpaste. Then I got a coupon for a dollar off my next purchase. I decided to use it right away and walked away to get an item to buy. I left my original purchase (toothpaste) and my purse and my tote bag at the register I used. There was one other lady in the store. There were TWO self service registers and of course the employees will probably help you at their register. They let the lady use the register where I had all my things the second I walked away. I was getting something right in the front! I know this isn’t that big a deal but from reading the other reviews it sounds like some of them watch you like a hawk. Certainly if you take a bag you didn’t pay 5 cents or whatever it is for. I’m lucky the lady didn’t steal my things!

I went to pick up a prescription after picking up my daughter from school and the guy in front of the store where the checkout is was staring me down in all 3 aisles and made me feel very uncomfortable because he kept following me in each aisle while staring me down I was only there to pick up my medicine and that is a uncomfortable feeling having a man follow women around and this isn't the only bad review that is left about him. He's a weirdo and a creep. Isn't the first time he's tried to approach me in the store.

The store is fine but the guy watching the checkout on 9/5/25 was straight up perving on the women in line and trying to checkout. When a man walked up he stopped for a second but continued to look one young woman up and down like a piece of meat whenever he thought no one was looking ain't nobody got time for this kinda stuff

I was so happy to see the CVS in Alexandria within a few blocks of my hotel. When the team member noticed that I couldn't find what I was looking for he pointed me in the right direction. What a nice guy!

The absolute worst pharmacy ever!! If a prescription is not accessible or ready, notify the customer. I've been receiving messages for the past few days saying my medication is ready. I went to the store, but they only had one of the medications. I told the lady, and she said I needed to talk to the consultant. Keep in mind that the person did not work in the pharmacy section but works in the store. This is not the first time that this has occurred. I am sick of going to this place and having to return many times for the same order. Communication is terrible, and the personnel is incompetent.

This location has terrible service in the pharmacy. A prescription took an hour to be ready when they told me 20 minutes. The store is disorganized and messy.

Staff is friendly, store is clean and well stocked, pharmacy has bad hours but so do all of them.
