I had a horrible experience picking up an order and management needs to retrain their staff, specifically the AM shift. I had business cards made online and selected the option to pick them up from the pick up station. I received an email at 10:46am that my order was ready for pick up and to head to the Online Order Station to pick it up. I arrived at 11:20am and my order was not at the pick up area. A lady working asked me what I needed help with and I let her know I was picking up my order, but couldn’t find it at the pick up station. She proceeded to ask me several questions about my order, I gave her my full name and said I can provide the order number if necessary. She then told me the order was probably still behind the counter because another staff was ringing up guests and didn’t put it in the pick up station. I understood that and asked if she could check behind the counter, which she did not. She said "you received the email saying your order is ready for pick up because we marked it complete but that doesn’t mean it’s actually ready." I asked why don’t they wait to mark orders complete until they’re actually ready for pick up and she said because the staff isn’t trained that way. She said her colleague marked the order complete because she wanted to remove the task from the system. She then wrote down my name and said if I have anymore orders placed she’s going to request they all be held behind the counter…why?? I’m a property manager and what she said makes no sense to me. All they need to do is place the order in the pick up station or don’t mark it complete until it’s actually ready. I don’t know the lady’s name who "assisted" me, but she was very combative and argumentative when all she had to do was grab my order from behind the counter. She started an argument for no reason at all.

Super impressed with the level of service from the printing department! Upon submitting my online order, Sophy immediately called me to flag an issue and offer a recommendation for how she could correct it on her end. My order was ready in hours (vice the estimated days) AND when I picked up my order of birthday invitations, Sophy had handwritten a happy birthday message to my daughter. Absolutely blown away. Thank you so much for the level of detail and customer service!!

Came in for the TSA pre-check screening. The man essentially forced me to sign up for Office Depot rewards and after about 10-15 minutes in total, a lady came over and told me their system was down. Somehow, the rewards program is more important than just telling me off they can’t service what I came in for. They then sent me to Fairfax Office Depot. Next time, an email or something ahead would be nice…

Purchase a linen bulletin board through Instagram. Theye stocked them in the wrong place so the guy couldn't find them and got a whiteboard instead. I went to the store and found the linen bulletin board and asked for store credit toward the exchange and they would only give me 46% of the value on the return because they would accept the instacart receipt and there was no physical store receipt. The process took half ana hour because no one in the store knew how the work an exchange or where their products are stocked.

I had a great experience with the printing department. Great customer service over the phone and in person.

Don’t waste your time coming here none of the printers work and it’s crazy because they only have about two and both of them was out of order so now I have to go down to Staples so don’t waste your time at this location. It’s very unorganized people look like they don’t have a clue and you can’t come here to do your business needs
