The apartments are nice enough. The cleaning staff is always working hard and the common areas are pretty clean in spite of the residents. The concierge are nice. The water pressure is pretty bad. Residents smoke all over the building and generally don’t clean up after themselves. I understand this is common with apartments, and you can’t stop humans from being selfish, gross, inconsiderate, or bad parents to their kids and dogs. I also know it’s not always an easy fix legally etc, but it is frustrating. They could do something more than emailing reminders of the rules that aren’t being followed. My primary issue is the parking situation and cost. If you have a two bedroom apartment with two adults who want to park one car each, the monthly cost is $300. We are not in a very busy happening area, it just seems SO excessive. (Plus you can’t even add a second vehicle without resigning a new lease which also feels sketchy.) There are about 20 spots out front that are mostly usually empty because the apartment management charges $12 a day, despite again being essentially in a quiet residential area. You can get a free spot if you go to the concierge and fill out a paper form and even then it only is until 8pm. Just seems all around to be a money grab. It would be nice if instead of charging residents $300 to park two cars on top of their $3,000 two bedroom apartment, management could instead collect extra money via lease violations and fines from people who smoke on the property, stay in the EV chargers beyond the stated 4 hour limit, park in handicap and EV spots when neither apply, run and scream down the halls in the middle of the night, and leave their dogs pee in the elevator!
The apt is ok..but the prices are not reasonable for a one bedroom. Also if you expect to use the 2 free EV chargers forget it. People stay parked past their limit..they get their in the evening an move the next day. There is no penalty or fine for that. I have to drive to other chargers pretty regularly just to charge my car. Lots of dogs..but it's quiet..also the rent goes up a lot at end of ur lease .
I am a long-term resident, and I'm writing this because the quality of living at The Point at Eisenhower Square has taken a nosedive. For over three months, my apartment has been targeted by children repeatedly banging on and kicking my door, even causing property damage. Despite my numerous documented reports starting in July (including photographic and video evidence), the issue has not been resolved. Management's final response was completely unacceptable. They refused any responsibility for the ongoing nuisance and offered no rent credit for the months of disruption. Instead, their "solution" was to tell me to call the police on children rather than enforcing their own community rules and lease agreements. To top it off, they suggested I could move to another apartment, placing the burden on the victim, not the problem residents. This specific harassment is symptomatic of a larger decline. The building now frequently smells of marijuana, and unsupervised children are constantly running wild in the hallways. If you're looking for a community where management takes your safety and peace seriously, this is no longer the place. I cannot recommend living here.
I just moved from NYC, and I’m really enjoying this place! It’s super close to everything, and there are some great spots just a short walk away. Rachel Roy was my leasing consultant, and she was so kind and easy to talk to. Overall, it’s a nice place to be, great garage.
At first it was a great experience living in this building (when it used to be the Denizen), however after the management company changed I did not like it anymore and moved out. Previous company (Greystar) did not share any information about possible owner changes, it all happened unexpectedly, which is fine until you feel how much it affects you. All statements data from the resident portal was removed (I had to email many times to the new building manager to get these documents). If I knew this might happen, I would save all records way before. With new management basic services like cleaning, maintenance, etc. became very poor. Upon departure inspection the engineering attendant did not know what to do, he did not have any paperwork on him (I am not even going to mention the inventory and condition form which was submitted upon moving in) and signed his report on a regular piece of paper The only helpful, nice and professional person was Christopher! I hope all of that is a temporary issue and will be changed for the better. Because the building itself is very nice, beautiful amenities, perfect location, and nice area.
We recently moved to this community and so far we love our new home. The staff is super friendly! from the leasing office all the way to the maintenance team! Our move in process was super easy. I can’t thank enough Kelsey,Kevin and Margarita for their assistance. Kelsey was super patient with us, we had so many questions before making the decision of moving here and she was able to answer every question. We toured so many communities in the area and honestly this was one of the best one! They offer so many amenities, my favorite is the rooftop pool! Our concierge Kristin and Martin are awesome! They are really nice and welcoming.
We’ve lived here for over two years and love it! Martin and the management team are amazing, maintenance is quick and responsive, and the amenities make it feel like home. The community is clean, safe, and convenient, we couldn’t be happier!
